“Overall very pleased with all my purchases. Delivery much longer than expected, each time, but putting this down to by homebase - Ireland. Wish there were more cotton made tops rather than polyester which can be unflattering.”

“I ordered two tops, one white sporty-looking top without a hood for myself, however, I got one with a hood which was different to the one I ordered, so wasn't happy about that. and the other item was a T-shirt for my wife which was just fine. The order took ages to get to me. WHY? but overall, I gave the top away to somebody who likes hoods. Only OK this time, I will order once more, however, if I have any more problems I will not come back.”

“Bought 3 items. One pair of heated socks at approx 30 euros. The switch on one of these socks did not work. The second pair of heated socks were 17 euro. These are ok but wires travel under the sole of one of them and are slightly uncomfortable and finally the heated snood which works so far and is nice to wear. I have since received a reply back from customer service to refund for the broken item. Very appreciative of this and changes my opinion of this company.”
