“It is my first time ordering from LightinTheBox I will certainly be ordering again. My boot are lovely a bit tight around the calf but managed to get up to top of boot. True to size can’t wait to wear them.”

“The worst customer service I’ve ever experienced, still have not received my clothes that I ordered and PAID FOR back in September, have had nothing but rude responses from this company while trying to find out where my items are . Do yourself a favour and stay clear of this company they are a scam !”

“I ordered a coat in the U K size they said was the equivalent to their sizing. It was far too big .When I tried to return it I found out the returns had to be sent within 7 days .It hadn't come when it should have so I was out of time .The company wasn't interested in this and said the return would probably cost as much as the coat .There was nothing I could do except NEVER use that company again and warn others to take heed of their so called ' Returns ' policy .”

“I ordered 3 dresses that was supposed to be delivered on 26/12/2021. Order number is :2112191051516555. Till now I didn’t receive my product and I even didn’t get any information about it. No email no messages nothing. If anyone have their customer service number please give to me. Thanks”

“Delivery took forever and the garments were the poorest quality imaginable and did not in any way live up to the description or image. I decided to cut my losses as return postage to China was prohibitive so put the disgusting garments in the bin. I would advise not to purchase.”

“Do not use! Ordered two sets of ladies pyjamas. The size did not match what was ordered. Their medium is a petite size 8! Messaged customer service to request a returns label and full refund. They said I would have to pay the postage back to China which is half the cost of the garmet’s. If I knew the items were being shipped from China I wouldn’t have ordered.”
