“DO NOT USE!!! Dress was horrendous quality. Spent £50 on dress and £20 to return and has been sitting in customs in China for 3 months. Company refuse to give update saying they await its return, despite it being sent tracked so they know where it is and refuse to get it released. £70 out of pocket”

“Do not use Do not waste your money Order 6 weeks ago and still waiting Tracking number doesn’t work Won’t refund me Every time I open I new ticket they respond with tracking details that don’t work and mark the ticket as resolved. Fraudulent company”

“DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY IT IS A FRAUD AND SCAMMING COMPANY, ALL THE CLOTHES COME FROM CHINA IN CHINESE LABELS, THE EMAIL RESPONSE WASNT IN A LEGITIMATE FORM IE SPELLING MISTAKES AND MISSING LETTERS. THIS COMPANY IS NOTHING BUT A BACKSTREET BOOTLEG ONLINE STORE DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THEIR WEBSITE, POOR QUALITY POOR COMMUNICATION, SCAMMED ME OUT OF £50 AND IS OFFERING A £19 REWARD AND TELLING ME TO KEEP THE ITEM WHICH I DONT WANT AND THEY ARE SAYING THEY WILL REFUND ME £14 IF I RETURN THE ITEM WHICH IT WOULD COST ME THAT TO POST THE ITEM BACK”

“Spend 170£ for few items, postal over 30£ tax fees almost 140£ which i get know about after the dhl contact me. cant refuse paying cos they dont accept returns. If you reading this before buying go somewhere else like amazon or eBay. Save your money, time and stress. One big froud”

“This company is a scam! Please avoid buying from them at all costs. If I could award them 0 or minus five stars, I would. I ordered something at the cost of over £50. The delivery was late and the products were useless. The return process was a nightmare and I had to pay the exorbitant cost of returning to China. I did not mind paying the postage as long as I was going to receive my full refund. The whole process has taken over a month. I've just received a message from them that my refund has finally been released but I have to go through another process of withdrawing the money into my credit card. The worst of it is that they have only refunded me $8........this is like a slap in the face and I just don't understand it!”

“Ordered a pair of shoes when they arrived they are not The size they say, tried to return was told had to return to China at my expense even though they came from Birmingham was then offered a partial refund of 10% if I kept the shoes ( only option as returning was nearly as much as the shoes) they sent a link to get my refund but it’s useless I think the idea is that you get so fed up with trying to get your money back that you give up Will NEVER use you company again and recommend to others that they avoid you”

“If there was a minus 5 that would be the rating. This company is a scam. Using false advertising, the quality and pattern of products you get is nothing like the pictures. Returns is a nightmare and expect to loose your money. I have spend more than 180£ on products and including 30£ just for the return and now they are refusing to refund me. You have to pay the extra- ordinary return fee to china. I have reported them.”
