“LightInTheBox is one amazing online shopping site. They have a wide range of varieties and choices of a single product. This is what I love the most. Just bought a blender and I had to choose from more than 100 brands. Their prices are relatively affordable. They accommodate both low and high income earners. Shipping is quite fast and secure. You receive your commodities on time and in good shape. This is mostly when you order fragile commodities. I bought a wall mirror and it arrived in one piece. Their customer service is also very friendly and accommodating. They give feedback on time. Recently I sent a query about a laptop battery and got my feedback in just 2 hours. I love this company and highly recommend it.”

“LightInTheBox is one amazing company. Their prices are affordable and have a wide variety of products. Ordering is quite easy since they have a variety of payment systems which makes if compatible to many countries. Shipping of commodities is relatively fast and secure. You receive your products is good shape. Customer service is accommodative and effective. Queries are answered fast. I highly recommend it to anyone who wishes to shop there.”

“I placed an order for cushion covers and i must say i had an awesome purchase experience. Due to Covid-19, my order took a little while to arrive but i got it nonetheless. Customer service was with me all the way assuring me that i will get my package and i did get it. Overall i can pretty much say i am a happy customer and made a great purchase.”

“LightinTheBox is on of the few go to online shopping centers of my own due to there variety of delivery methods with short delivery time, great customer support and above all the orders are received with out damage. “We had a not standard situation with third party involvement and unexpected changes throughout the deal, and although some of the issues could be avoided with some uncomplicated updates in the escrow.social system, we were very happy with support, who was very helpful, quick to respond and helped to smooth our the process overall.
