“Products are good quality and I am happy with my purchase.one item was faulty but customer service dealt with efficiently and are replacing it.The only reason I deducted a point was due to shipping as it was two weeks late so you would need to give two months if you were ordering for an event.”

“**** only 4 star as you need to make sure your sizing is too the uk size as I have ordered 2x polo shirts at xxxl 1 fits great and the other is more like 2 sizes bigger but ordered xxxl the same as first one”

“4 December 2020 ordered 2 lamps and cancelled the next day because we received an e-mail where they told us product might be delayed. we tried to cancel but this was not possible because the products were already "shipped". We are still waiting 29 march 2021. No products and no refund as of yet despite our extensive e-mail contact asking for a refund. Very frustrating.”
