Disgraceful quality. Bought two cardigans and the quality of the material and the construction was appalling. They had holes, stitching unravelling, buttons too big for buttonholes, etc. I blame myself for not checking reviews. Hope you read this and save yourself the angst. Won't even bother with any refund process. It would be an exercise in frustration.

Poor customer service. I'm trying to return my purchase since I received and the service is horrible. They said 24hr but is more than that and no answers or anything else. The fabric is poor, big size, completely different than website.

They do not refund the material is cheap and flimsy. I paid £60 for what i thought was a high quality dress for a wedding when it came i was so shocked it was the cheapest tinnedt material with bad stitching. I am now still four weeks in arguing to get my money back the offered 50% of not to return or 70% off another product. It is soo bad honestly it makes you want to cry. I wish I had done more research on the company.

Light in the box never sent my order but just took my money. 146.25. I am very very disappointed. Your company is a SCAM. You all are crooks. I am working with my bank to make sure you get what you deserve. It has been since April 4th and I still have not received anything. I WANT MY MONEY BACK NOW.

This company is practicing misrepresentation by advertising products that you are not getting surely this is illegal. False advertising the goods are knocked up in some factory probably I’m china and made to look like the item you’ve ordered I paid £135 extra for customs and now can’t get a full refund I am reporting to trading standards

Over priced and poor quality. Items do not look anything like the photos. Sizes are all off. I will never order from this website again and I will let anyone I know not to order from it either.

Don’t waste your money with this company! If you have to return some item, will be very hard and ridiculous. The quality is poor! It’s not like the photos! And you have to pay for send back. I really don’t know how they still working.

Return costs for substandard goods are ridiculous as they have to be sent to China at your cost! Quality of the 3 dresses I bought were cheap and nasty and not like the photos at all. Their customer care is poor they offer you 10% refund to keep the tatt as they know it will cost more to send back! If I knew this I would never have ordered with them. Feeling furious

I spent 126.00 on turely poorly made items. Size was miles out, items did not look anything like shown . I have be trying to arrange returns for over 7 days, they have offered me the clothes at discounted price,stating the returns cost is to much. Terrible... do not use this company.

On Tue, 09 Nov 2021 at 18:33 I made a payment to Lightinthebox.com for some goodies. The goodies never arrived. After making countless attempts to track the package and get feedback from LITB, I have been outright ignored. I am really frustrated as it seems LITB was quick to take my money and now that they have it, they don't care whether I get the goods or not.

Website pictures looked great, prices were good. The saying 'when something is too good to be true, it always is' is very right in this case. Although delivery was fairly quick (although once ordered there was a disclaimer saying that due to covid there would be a longer delay for delivery than quoted originally). The fit was awful, the fabric very cheap and nasty, you could almost see through the dress and there was no way I could possibly wear it. As they offered a '7 day no reason returns policy' I decided to return the dress knowing that I would have to pay the postage - as delivery cost was £3.49 then I expected a similar cost to return it. Who was I kidding !! To return it they said I would have to pay the shipping and this would be between $15 and $40 - more than I paid for the dress. After two attempts they finally offered me either 50% off of next purchase or 30% refund if I kept the dress. This way they guarantee that they will not have any returns - why pay £29 for a dress and have to pay up to $40 to return it besides having to wait 20-30 days for the refund after they receive the goods back. SOME WOULD SAY GOOD BUSINESS PRACTICE, I WOULD SAY VERY SHARP PRACTICE. If you don't want to be stuck with unwearable clothes that you can't afford to return DON'T ORDER FROM LIGHTINTHEBOX. Very disgruntled, not the way we expect business to be done here in the UK.
