“I ordered 2 dresses, the colors does not match the pictures shown. I haven’t opened the bags. I tried to contact by Email but they send back the mail -Undelivered- they do not exist!!! Simply I would like to EXCHANGE those items for other ones… looks “the company is just fake” MaraEugenia”

“Took 4 weeks to be delivered. Tried returning only to find the cost to China would be greater than the garment itself. No worth the hassle so keeping them. Offered a discount off future purchases but that won't be happening. WIsh I had read reviews before I purchased.”

“Ordered a dress. Photo looked great. Quality very poor indeed. Size much too big. Then you find returns have to be sent to China at your expense. Will never use again 😒”

“I'm always a bit sceptic about shopping clothes online as I had bad experience with many websites, but LightInTheBox is a 5 star website...clothes looks exactly as shown on pics, material and quality much better than I expected and delivery perfect...I got my order 2 days before expected date. “5 days already passed and stil processing the order. Costumer service doesn’t reply to the messages either. They probably have 1 employee doing several jobs. Very disappointed with this company.”

“WORST customer service I have ever dealt with. They messed up my address, sent it to a post office without informing me, and I've been now waiting 3 months for a refund. They lie continuously and never fix anything.”

“I received a dress that doesn't fit me, doesn't even look like the site shows, the company refused to refund my money, they offer to give me 20 % credit in my future orders or 10% refund after 30 to 40 days. Horrible, I would never buy anything from this company again.”

“Some lovely items and can be a really good price most of the time. I have spent a lot with light in the box so they must be doing something right. I just wish the good prices you see stay that way and stop changing. Sizing charts can be a little hit and miss of which I wouldn’t mind as I don’t buy expensive . Communication is always very good and I have had some good bargains. Thanks”

“The clothes I ordered were really good quality and very soft if you have problems with clothes my husband said the look beautiful on me. I been looking again on the internet and I have quite a few items so me and go throw and choose together.”

“Scam. The received t-shirt looks nothing like on the pictures. The fabric and print quality is terribly bad. Sizing is wrong, but even if it wasn't, I wouldn't want to wear this piece of garbage. Refund procedure is non existent. Wondering how can get away with this for so long.”

“Bought 7 dresses for holidays and I went by the size chart which turned out to be correct sizing on all dresses so I'm beyond happy with the sizing the price and quality of the dresses, which I'd found lightin the box sooner just bought another 10 dresses for granddaughter also received items in 10 days chuffed”
