I ordered a sweatshirt on November 21st ,I received a notification that it was shipped on December 4 th after that the tracking says unknown I contacted the company and they are resolving the problem. Thank you for taking care of the issue.

Refund, I was also an unhappy customer who never received her order. I have since now received my refund. It turns out the shipping company was at fault because order was never delivered to me and communication for either delivery or picking up of order was communicated well with myself. Since a lodged a complaint and followed up with a review, customer center made contact with me and I was assisted by a lady named Rebecca. She admitted to the shipment's company being at fault and assured me that I will get a refund. I am happy to have my money back.

Had connectivity issues with T03 Smartwatch and Wearfit 2.0 app not working. Customer Service unable to rectify problem by email so they have send me FULL refund. Issue resolved by Lightinthebox to my satisfaction.

I placed an order for a dress on the 8th October 2020, till today I have not received my order. Order no. # 2010010039776589 I have been sending countless queries, there are no clear answer as to what happened to my order. I received a comment that said a new order has been placed now, honestly I do not trust them at all at this stage. I wish I could have read the reviews before placing an order with them, in fact I would have never placed an order to begin with. I am worried about the express shipment that I paid which was for nothing as the order has not arrived. I don't even trust if what I ordered will be the right quality and size since these people seem to be big scammers. I don't even know if I will ever receive my order and if I am unhappy with the order if I will ever get a refund. So far they are the worst, poor service all together.

I love it's experience. The delivery is always in time. The product are authentic. Shipping of product is always in time and are handled with care perfectly. Query methods are also very good and simple. The time period of answering queries are also minimal and we don't need to wait longer for their response. Courier services are also friendly and act accordingly to the convenient.

lightinthebox was a great experince for me they had fast delivery and good pacakeging i was amazed i really liked their service they had many discounds and their price were also quite low as compared to other sites I loved t and got a huge discount their interface was also quiete easy and the chat people were friendly

It's cool. I have no huge complaints. Although, things are relatively costly (compared to my usual shopping sites.) but then again, they have most things other sites don't. plus the website is really easy to use and shopping is kinda fun. It isn't exactly what I'd call my best site. But it's really good to go. I recommend it. Also, try out the Mobile App. Thank me later.

My parcel was not shipped on the estimated date..After contacting the customer care and addressing the issue, it has been looked upon and the item is now been shipped..Although its late I would hopefully get my product..🤞🏻
