“Goods not as photo poor quality dress made from nylon and colour blue was meant to be blue going to lighter blue at bottom and the bikini top was soo small even though was size large”

“Just terrible! The dress I ordered was poor quality. I tried to return it and they wanted $36 to ship the dress back for return to China. That’s more than the dress costs! Do not buy from here!!”

“DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!! This company makes it intentionally hard and frustrating (if not imposdible!) to return products for a full refund...you first have to figure out how to begin a refund (you have to start a "ticket"), then you have to take a photo but they limit the format (must be a jpg and no greater than 2 mbs in size), then they offer you a 50 % credit or a 40% refund (and you keep the product)...IF you still persist and request a FULL REFUND of your money, then you must return the item to China, not to the address in New York that it was shipped from...as you can imagine, at that point I have given up and will go back and request a 40% monetary refund. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! LESSON LEARNED!”

“I ordered 5 tops from this place, what a fool i was!!!! they would probably fit a small child. They should not be allowed to fool plus sized women this way. I cant tell people enough to stay far away from this place.”

“This company is the worst. They failed to deliver the product in good shape. They did not refund or send me a new product. They offered 20% refund to keep the broken lamps. It is a joke. Why would someone keep the product that is not in good shape?”

“Worst company I have ever dealt with them I will never order anything again quality is shockingly terrible certainly not worth any money returning unwanted items is impossible getting in touch with anyone from light in the box is impossible so what can you do with a company like this they should be banned from trading I have two items to return and have found it impossible to do”

“Lightinthebox stole my painting and now they are making copies of it and selling it as theirs. Never asked my permission or payed any royalties to me. They now owe me over £3000 in royalties! They stole my painting photos from 2014 from Facebook and making cheap copies and they sold over 500 of them on their website. They are stealling intellectual property, ignoring copyrights, and ignoring the letter I sent to them!”

“No you novice, no tags, no return slip, no addresses, 4 sizes too small, cannot find how to return,US Postal Service said I would pay $20 min for shipping and may not ever get a credit. Would have no dress and fees and cost I paid! This is a rip off. They took approx.$200 and I have a rag I cannot wear. DO NOT BUY from Lightinthebox”

“As a committed cat-lover, I find that the collection in LightInTheBox is almost too good to be true - so comprehensive that making a final choice before ordering is a phenomenally difficult task! “Item very good could have been bigger 4x instead of 3x but that's the largest they had probably had a run or sold out on the larger size purchased one a month or so ago and sizes went to 5x went on to the same shirt but only went to 3x largest size very good very pleased”

“I have ordered several of these items and find they are good quality i fix them to a piece of wood and use them as a back drop like in the theatre with these times i am able to hang them in my carport and make the place look good as a place to eat or drink excellent quality and dont be put off by the charges”
