“I'm not sure if I was just stroked with luck compared to others, but my jacket arrived perfect within the 4-8 working days it said it would, and the quality is great, I love it (it even comes with a nice little inside pocket, which is always a plus!) I was originally going to give it 4 stars, the only issue I could think of would be that I couldn't track the package whilst it was being delivered (although I am willing to forgive some glitches like that), but seeing as the amount of negative reviews that this website gets, I thought it deserved a full 5-star just to help boost its reputation, since from my experience, I am very satisfied with the product and the time it took to arrive, and I know I'll definitely be using this website again if I find anything I like in the future :)”

“Don't listen to the people that say this is a scam I bought airpods and they did take 15 days to ship but it did come in. Lightinthebox is completely safe. All those people that are saying it is a scam could be spam people they are probably coming from wish.com trying to make this place look bad its completely safe. I Guarantee that.”

“If it's this easy to review something, I don't find the review site that credible. Anyone could write anything. If I were a competitor, I would flood your guys' website with poor reviews. Hopefully this review doesn't count towards their overall score because I have never used this website.”

“I ordered my wedding dress from here. I was advised it would take up to 4 weeks to arrive as it was custom measurements. It arrived a week earlier than expected and was perfect. Fitted perfectly and was just as described. Everyone commented on how beautiful the dress was. I would definitely use again.”

“Unless you are a computer genius stay away. Their return policy is a fraud. I had to send back a pair of sneakers to China at a cost of $30.00, sneakers cost $17.00. Fortunately Master Card stopped the order but I had to pay the return of $30.00 . Post office said this to me, "...they see this every week Americans being ripped off". In my opinion opinion go to your local store and pay a little more and get good service. I am out $30.00”

“easy to buy, get lots of points of every purchase and review, then change points to coupon, which can be used without limitation. so many choices, in past I hated the shipping time, it's too long. but recently the problems seems has been resolved. My last order was delivered within 15 days from China. It's really good! Super buy.”
