“I ordered a cycling jacket price £19.00. After nearly 3 weeks I had notification from the PO that the parcel needed an extra £11.67 in excess duty to pay before it could be delivered. This 58% custom charge is certainly not made clear on the website. The customer service team refunded the custom charge.”

Being aware of this situation and we would like to offer better service, we started the tax insurance service. As long as customers have paid for tax insurance, we will fully refund the tax.
