“The service has been very good and extremely polite. All questions were answered promptly and solved the minor problems. Quality of the products has generally been good. The range of products is extraordinary and I'm sure most people will be very satisfied with the great variety of items offerred.”

“J'ai commandé et reçu de très nombreux objets, utiles et agréables, via LightinTheBox sans problème. Je ne peux que recommander cette entreprise ! Hier néanmoins, j'ai reçu une montre neuve avec le remontoir cassé. Cela m'a fortement surpris, je pense à un défaut de fabrication et non à l'envoi, car le paquet était parfait à l'arrivée et l'autre montre de la même marque qu'il contenait également fonctionne parfaitement.”

“Delivery to the UK is dreadful so bear that in mind. Customer service is horrendous and extremely complicated to use. - UPDATE- I was contacted by the company and immediately sorted and rectified.
