This is Customer Service Supervisor from Lightinthebox. I would like to help. We are afraid that you might misunderstand the actual shipping time. Your order was shipped via two packages on Dec. 4th. One was delivered on Dec. 18th and another one was delivered on Jan. 2nd. So the shipping time was not 2 months. However, we realized the shipping time was more than promised. Please be noted December is always a peak shipping season. All shipping companies are overloaded by packages due to the busy holiday season. “The product was really great. The dog carrier was well made and comfortable for both of us. I was concerned that being sourced outside the UK would cause problems, but the website charged me in GBP and the goods were tracked until they arrived in the country and were then received a few days later. Better than I had expected.”
