“Do not use this company ,the 4 dresses I recieved where of awful material, the return process is so difficult and very pricey to send back to china from uk. Please save your money and dont use this awful company”

“Do not order from this vile company. My item came late and I never opened the bag. Advised to send it back to China at a cost of £26 which I did……it then came back to me yesterday! £87 out of pocket, with an outfit I don’t need.I have since read so many reviews about their refund system. I am going to take it further as something has to be done about all this conning people out of money. Disgraceful.”

“I paid for a painting in december 2021 with delivery in Bucharest. The product never arrived. I also paind again for shipping fees after the company promised to deliver it. Worse experience. If the product won't arrive until may 2022,I'll report the company.”

“Wish I had read the reviews before I ordered. Garment nothing like in the picture material wise. Looks like cotton when it came more like cheesecloth really poor material. Didn't fit, sizings really weird I ordered XL I'm a size 14 didn't fit. I wouldn't buy anything again from this company”

“DO NOT BUY from this company!!! Same problem as others - shoddy product, long wait, sizing wrong, return - yes, pay to ship to China. Absurd... I normally check for reviews but my mistake this time.”

“Ordered 3 items which were too big so I requested to return them their total cost came to £45.70… to return them to china I would have to pay £28!!!!!’ Thus I only get £17 of my money back !! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS WEB SITE 😡😡😡😡”

“Returns and refunds non existant. Once you buy that's it!. Waste of £163 rubbish quality, did not fit although they state true to size. PLEASE DO NOT GET RIPPED OFF. DO NOT TOUCH THIS COMPANY.”

“Dress and top I ordered nothing like the pictures Dress in picture obviously made of different material the one I received was absolute rubbish not even the same cut Just printed cheapest fabric Complete waist of money Size bought was extra large hoping it would fit a 16 but it was tiny Do not use this company u have to pay to return to China BEWARE NEVER USE THIS COMPANY”

“Took weeks to come. Was not worth the wait. Really awful cheap feeling and horrible quality dress. Nothing like the picture. Material is dreadful. Don’t waste your money. This garment will become polishing cloths. It’s all it’s good for.”

“This company is an absolute shambles. Shoddy material. Ridiculous small sizing I am really struggling to get my money back. With shipping it has cost me over £160 and they offered me 15% discount off my next order and no refund. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. I wish I would have read all the reviews before purchasing which I’m normally very good at. I’m not sure I’m going to get any money back but I will keep trying and I’m also going to try and get this company closed down.”

“I wish I had seen all these reviews before ordering. My dress arrived far too small, shoddy material, poorly made. No obvious way of sending it back apart from to China! I think they are crooks and shouldn’t be allowed to trade.”

“Ordered shirts in S and M for my boys. Though labels were marked as such, the shirts (S and M) were exactly the same size. Ended up donating them. Ordered bridal bouquet which varied markedly with the photo in arrangement, size, and even shade. What a disappointment. Shipping costs were too high!!!”

“I received two skirts that were cheap and in no way resembled the pictures on website only to be told they wouldn’t give me a refund, only a discount on my next purchase! I would recommend never shopping with them. Also everything is shipped from china so incredibly bad for the environment and that is where the return address would also have been had they allowed me to return!”

“Delivered quickly but clothes definitely not those shown, different material entirely all cheap nasty nylon looked appalling, shoddily put together as well. Sizing totally wrong I’m a 14/16 they sent me two dresses side 20+. I didn’t get to see previous reviews wish I had. DON’T USE THIS COMPANY ITS A SCAM LISTEN TO WHAT WE ALL SAY CLOTHES RUBBISH AND DEFINITELY NOT THE CLOTHES YOU SEE IN PICTURES. If there were a minus 10 stars available for review this company would get it…..returns deliberately set up to be nigh on impossible..so if you have money to waste then use them.”
