“Very happy with the majority of the items I ordered. I have left individual reviews for each item purchased. There were minor issues which I think were more down to mislabelling than a quality issue. I still have to report to customer services so can't comment on that just yet. Very happy with the packaging and shipping times, earlier than the projected delivery times. Items arrived in one parcel and intact.”

“4/5 stars because there is not even warning from 'Light in box' that you will have to pay extra charges for import duty/tax. The payment will just show up by transport organization. If I would not receive any information from delivery probably I would not receive my item.”

“I’m very pleased with the service that you offer. I wish that delivery could be quicker although items are very quickly dispatched. I’m not a lover of so many emails and messages, I don’t shop every day! On the whole I like the site and will continue to order occasionally.”

“You will see from my history that I have made a number of purchases. Most have been as advertised - and satisfactory. But I have had no responses to the several reviews/comments I have made re the 3 'disasters'. I ordered a top in light blue - arrived in green. I decided to keep it. So ordered for a 2nd time the same top in light blue. \I now have 2 bright green tops. A pink evening trouser suit was substandard material, colour awful and the whole thing nothing like the outfit advertised. My number is 07709654291 (Oxfordshire.)”
