“I like the fact that you have a lot of choices and the prices are low I was disappointed with the fabric of one of the jumpers as on the advert it looked fleecy but it was just a polyester fabric and not fleecy at all. I found that the sizes are hit and miss - sometimes fit - too small or too big although i prefer my clothes to be too big so order the bigger sizes”

“Bought top for my daughter, she’s very pleased with it. Price very reasonable. Only 4 stars because of the time for delivery, although royal mail were on strike and it was ordered 2 weeks before xmas”

“I have had no real problems with this company. Items I have bought have been mostly as described. Did have an issue with delivery for the last 3 items bought but that was purely down to Royal Mail strikes. I would recommend Light in the Box”

“I enjoy looking at the items on the Light in the Box website. Quite a lot of them are also on other web sites, so I'm careful to campare prices before making any purchases. I find the photos and illustrations very bad at portraying what things really look like so I won't buy anything that hasn't got a clear up to date photo. Most of the things I've bought have been good but I have run into difficulties when I've been dissappointed and want to return items for a refund.”

“I find Lightin the box to have a great selection of clothing which is the area the I usually purchase. Also your delivery is quick and on time. There was one time when my order was delayed but you kept me informed of the arrival date regularly which I very much appreciated. I have no hesitation in using you many times and have often recommended you to others.”

“have ordered on many occasions from light in the box and generally been very satisfied with the quality, but my last order of 5 cardigans of a certain size was to say the least very disappointing, of the 5 XL it seemed 3 of them was wrongly sized and should of been MEDIUM at least, luckily i was able to pass them on rather than go through the process of a lengthy returns issue, but this would not put me off using this company in the future as like said overall my experience of using this company has been very satisfactory and would recommend the service and quality.”
