“I have paid 5000 AED for many items and looks they are a SCAM . First promised delivery was March 3 and nothing arrived as of March 6th! When I tried to track with their tracking ID the link takes me to ads !! I am afraid I am being scammed and will never receive any goods”

“I bought a nice top and they sent me a completely different I it was worth $5.99 and i paid $29.00 I never heard from them, it came in a plastic bag I threw it out, I was so upset”

“I was given a date for receipt of my goods and had to contact Customer Service as the date passed and I hadn't received anything. I was sent a prompt reply with an explanation and a new estimated date, and I'm pleased to say my goods arrived by that date. The items were well wrapped and are very nice.”

“I ordered a hat for my daughter's wedding. It arrived in a plastic bag very creased as you would expect. I gave feedback and they replied, not to apologise but to offer discount! Won't be using them again”
