“I really can't fault the service, having had an issue with one of the first products ordered it was quickly and satisfactorily resolved. Obviously if you buy locally you can easily see, try and return products quickly, but here also everything is in place to make the online service as good as it can be, you just have to wait for delivery. Photos, reviews and descriptions are good, as is the customer service. The estimated delivery dates are realistic and parcel tracking is also available and works.”

“I ordered a T-shirt with a squirrel printed on it. I had heard bad things about this site, so was a bit dubious about it. However, I was pleasantly surprised when the T-shirt arrived early and the squirrel print was extremely good. I will try this site again to see if it was just a one-off or to see if the other people were just unlucky.”

“Love LightinTheBox products. Really great variety of T-Shirts and good value on other products e.g. motorbike gloves and with the size chart it helps ordering the correct size. Delivery sometimes takes a little longer but you're kept up-to-date by email. Glad I found this company.”
