“I tried the service once, first time that made me feel nervous for drop my package. But suprised they so fast and my package was perfect. Its take me about 2-3 days and i called customer service and they so happy to answer my question! This company need improve more!”

“Light in the box is one of the best seller service providers. Price of the products are also reasonable and also the return and refund policy is great. There delivery time is also as mentioned on time. Even customer service works great. I have no issues regarding this company. It's great so I am happy with there service.”

“I ordered a make up kit and light in the box delivered it. It's well packaged, it has bubble wrap which I know can ensure the safety of the product. The product arrives late than expected but all in all it's all good.”

“This is a good customer caring shopping site... I've ordered pair of sunglasses, but when it arrives it is not the colour which I had been ordered....so I return it back, after that I got a high quality sunglasses which is better than I ordered....
