Love all the purchases I have made and love the way company keeps me informed and updated of delivery which has not failed and I also like all the special offers sent through. I love all the cloths and my wonderful wife loves the items I have purchased for her. Good to know I don't need to look anywhere else for clothing items and accessories and such good value and a big thank you and always now sharing on social media Kind regards Terry 👍”

“In my judgment and dealing with LIGHT IN THE BOX, IT IS A FIVE STAR SERVICE and that their products are first class and good for value ; structure of service ( ie profile or information for ordering, payment and tracking/ delivery, reward system;) as well as their customer service are par excellence. “Great Service, excellent value, easy to order. On the down side, some photos, especially clothes look better than the actual item when received. Always look at customer photos as well. Also, it would probably work out too expensive to return items.”
