Probably the worst , untrustworthy, deceitful Holiday company ever . Takes your money even though they have canceled your holiday. Absolute bunch of sly crooks. IF YOU BOOK WITH THEM IN THE FUTURE YOU ARE A FOOL . they will soon go bust,.

Shame I can't give 0 stars this company has been nothing but shocking due to go on holiday in September found out the hotel is now not open until October I told loveholidays can't believe I had to tell they should have been telling me sending emails which are being ignored I will never book with Theese people again

LoveHolidays is not a real company. They have no capacity to deal with queries or amendments, their website is from the 1990s and clearly they don't care about who they The agent booked me under the wrong email address with EasyJet so I can't even change my flights! Of course, no word from the company. I will go through my CC company to get refund but for people looking to book holidays, don't be fooled by their competitive prices. The service if something goes wrong is non-existent.

Absolute shocking company. Booked first family holiday on the 3rd june for next year . Having read reviews about the hotel and LH decided to cancel the day after . we waited days for a response from them . we paid £531 deposit. The cost of the package holiday was in total £6563. LH now want £2,962 to cancel the holiday . they said the cost of the flight was £2,740 the true cost of the flight was £2,723 . They told us to get in touch with the airline directly as it was in their words '' A SELF MANAGED FLIGHT ''.. Erm not self managed simply because it was done through LH as a package . they want almost half of the holiday cost. we booked another holiday with a proper company and they don't want half the holiday cost to cancel if needed . Stay away from this company , they only reply to bad reviews on trip advisor etc . no costumer service at all

I get that Covid 19 has caused utter catastrophe for most people and companies however, the lack of communication from this company is my concern I have a holiday booked 1 week 28/7 and Ryanair cancelled my outbound and return flight I’ve notified love holidays and not a single response from them in regards to the cancellations. I have asked to transfer the holiday to next year but they want money to do this I mean yes a hundred or 2 for inflation I would accept but no, they want full flight price £500 odd and then £350 hotel and transfer the holiday was only £1400 to start with that’s almost like making the whole booking again This company need to start talking to their customers before everyone avoid using them and there’s no company left! I’m now filling out an ATOL protection claim for a full refund as the company can’t honour my agreement with them

The only reason they get one star is because I can't give them no stars. The communication is shocking and slow. Will never book with them again. On par with Ryanair.

This is a Lying discrace of a company, lies lies lies makes me laugh that me or anybody else can upload pictures on here to show how many lies we have received by email,told us 2 weeks ago by email that £650 owed would be in account within 3 to 5 days, guess what, yep f all lying robbing scums.

Terrible experience, my flights were cancelled in April for a May holiday, no response to emails and no contact details provided. Waiting for my refund for almost 2 months..

Shocking that they have taken away any option to contact recently. My flights have been cancelled by Jet 2 for 6th July, yet my final balance of over 5K is due on Monday 16th June to love holidays. They are still going to take that payment for a holiday I cant go on. I can not change the dates to next year and I can also not afford for over 5K to leave my bank for a holiday I cant have especially when this company is dishonest and you have absolutely no way of contacting them. They have seriously impacted on my mental health and wellbeing.

This Company has no care at all for customers. I dont think they have a customer service department. If they do they are asleep! No contact about cancelled flight in March. No idea if I am going to get a refund and the chat line does not work It is the first time I have gone through an agency in booking a holiday and it will be the last. Dont book with these people if you want a stress free life

Shocking company. Almost impossible to get in contact with and when you do they cut and paste replies. Deceptive and provided updated T&Cs to my card provider when I had to initiate a chargeback. Fraudulent rip-off merchants

You say about refunds, and waiting from airlines, this has no impact on me. I have contacted the appartments and no monies have been recieved by you for my holiday, so in short you have my money. We are currently dealing with high volumes of customer requests. As such there are delays processing messages, however, we will complete your request as quickly as possible. I do understand that there are difficulties with Customer service contact due to the Covid pandemic, but why not have people dedicated to answering emails or phones, which can be done easily with social distancing. The Live chat function switches off after you ask a question, that's if you can get on it first! only option is live chat running 9am to 5pm Mon to Fri, which is no help considering the amount of worried customers out there. I myself have a vulnerable person who has just had their Shielding extended right up to my holiday, plus the isolation issue coming back, which i cannot do as won't get paid, so can understand my concerns. All i want is to be able to transfer my holiday to next year without incurring huge costs! surely that can be sorted quickly over the phone rather than tell me someone will get back to me then cut me off! Unless they sort this out then not interested in booking with them again, plus advise others not to unless you enjoy the worst Customer service ever!

Absolutely disgraceful, paid them, they cancelled the holiday due to covid 19 (which isnt there fault) flights been cancelled aswell, i booked a package holiday with them and yet i got do all the work to try get my money back, been 2 months and nothing!

Since I booked our holiday with loveholidays and since the outbreak of Covid 19, I have had nothing but issues with them. They are impossible to contact. When you ring them they wont answer, they then have an answering machine on a different number 0035319038497, when you ring this number they ask you for the digits of the booking you made, when you enter this all you get is a repeat of "what, what" and this goes on and on. When you try and contact them on live chat all you get is we are currently experiencing large volumes of enquiries please refresh this page later. They are an absolute dissaster to deal with and never again will I have anything to do with Loveholidays, and my advise to anybody in Ireland would be to avoid them like the plague. They were very quick to ring me when they were seeking the booking, but once booked they throw you under the bus, no back up service at all.

Payed £4700 only been offered a refund of £1900 and told to claim the rest back off the airlines myself 1 I payed LH as a package so it’s down to them to get my money back plus the airlines won’t give it to me as LH payed them not me . Plus I can’t even get hold of LH to tell them I want the full amount I’m not accepting less than half I have sent loads e mails this is just shocking I hope after all this they go bust
