They are conning customers out of there hard earned money by selling holidays that they have no intention of honouring this is fraud they should be made to pay for their crime one way or another

My holiday was cancelled due to the Covid 19 which is not LH fault. However when I went to rebook it was nothing byt hassle. I received a credit refund note minus the cost of the flights. The airline confirmed that they have processed my cash refund but still no refund from LH. I then asked if I could rebook for October 2021. I started on their live chat and was told all I could do to arrange this was call the new bookings number. I called the new bookings number and they advised that they could not do this and it would have to be rebooked online. I asked them if I could use the refund credit note as the deposit and part payment towards a new holiday and they advised that I could not do this either. To rebook my new holiday I would have to pay the £98 deposit and could not pay the remainder over instalments but would have to make a one off payment. I am now stuck with a refund credit note that is no good and cannot apply for a cash refund until Jubne 2021. They may have excellent reviews on feefo but this is only because you can only leave a review on there if you are invited to do so by the company itself so their reviews are completely biased. I will NEVER use this company again

I am having to admit defeat with this company and instead pursue a refund via my bank. Loveholidays have not been in contact since confirming my request for a cash refund, and have not replied to any of my emails or messages. I consider myself the lower end of the spectrum of "difficult" customers, but I too am absolutely losing patience with this company. I have multiple service providers to chase for 3 separate holiday bookings across the summer; Loveholidays has been the worst. Consumer rights have completely depleted. They have taken down their phone lines, their customer service has been horrible, internal messages are ignored. The travel industry is going to crumble if it continues to disregard customers in such a way. It really is a terrible shame.

Would give zero starts if I could, an absolute disgrace robbing b*stards! Waits 4 months for contact and they offered me a £15 refund hhahahahaahaha

Absolutely disgusting, checked website to find holidays cancelled upto 18th June from an update on the 4th june only to find that on facebook they saying holidays cancelled upto 25th june. I travel on 10th july this is not going ahead because easyjet have already offered refund LH still insist that the full balance needs paying on 20th june (£2400) even if holiday were to go ahead this would be with 1 weeks notice with 2 weeks quarantine after. Before this Corona mess we had problems trying to add an additional person and change documents which were wrong, our holiday is costing over £13000 as there is a group going, we wanted to add an additional person only to be told the cost would be £20000 I know this you may laugh at and think not but despite numerous phone calls regarding this price the price was right that LH were trying to charge us.

Didn't even want to give this a 1. Absolutely disgusted with this company robbing people of money in these difficult times not to even communicate with your customer's looks like we will have to take a trip to London. WILL NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN NEVER!!!!!!

I would give them a 0 star rating if it was an option. I booked and paid for a holiday to Egypt. They then cancelled it because the price went up, with no way for me to contact them or dispute why they were cancelling it. They said the hotel was unavailable. So, I logged back in to book the exact same holiday, and it wasn't unavailable, it had just gone up in price by £200. Why advertise a price of a holiday, if your not going to honor that price. This is disgusting. I had booked parking and an overnight stay in the airport hotel for this trip. DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM. It may seem cheaper, but they will ultimately just cancel your booking, if they want to increase the prices. They will do this without consulting you and without providing a way for you to contact them. I have been trying to get in contact, but there is literally no way. On top of that- i wont get the "admin fee" returned to me either. AWFUL COMPANY- DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME.

love holidays are refusing to refund my holiday which was due in April. I have tried on numerous occasions to get in touch via live chat and phone calls. surprising enough the other group which we were travelling with has got their refund and I am still being fobbed off

Absolutely shocking service!!! I hope no one ever uses this company ever again! Refusing to refund me the money for flights even though jet2 has refunded it to them! Will not be using ever again!!!!!

I have tried contacting Love holidays for a refund for a holiday that was booked in December for June 2020 ,the holiday flight was cancelled due to Covid and I have heard nothing back from them despite trying to contact on many occasions.. They continued to take the payment for the holiday despite knowing it was cancelled ,credit card company has said they can not retract payment for us.!!

Loveholidays must be the worst travel company that I ever had to use and would never book with them again, no phone number available, no live chat, no email address to send complaint to. How did ABTA give this a licence is beyond me. Can someone post on who to contact as something needs to be done about this company. We are due to go away at the end of June but have not been told holiday is officially cancelled. Hotel and car parking booked. Holiday voucher offer but do not want to accept it and no communication available to contact them. Zero stars is to good for this company.

Is there ass zero stars I would have picked that!! No holiday refund after 30 day’s of chasing. Had to chase own flight refund and LH denying they have the money refunded even though I have confirmation from airline. Never ever again will I use this company!! Surprised by time someone is reading this they have not got bust!! Avoid !!!

I was due to fly in May my flight was cancelled by Jet2.com they have refunded me in full, the apartment was booked through LH, I received a credit refund note but I said on live chat that I could not rebook another holiday I sent a recorded letter but this was REFUSED so it is being sent back to me I have paid for a service which you have not given me Not happy as I need the cash urgently

Disgraceful company, no way to contact them after holiday cancelled despite many attempts. Contacted Halifax bank to request chargeback on my debit card and full amount for holiday repayed into my account within the hour. Thank you Martin Lewis moneysavingexpert.

Utter crooks. Booked package holiday Flights cancelled by airline. Love holidays refused to cancel hotel and transfers. Second day accepted to cancel whole holiday. Refused refund Legislation states they have to give 24 day refund. They don't reply to emails about this or directly answer on live chat. They quote government guidance and abta. However neither of these mean a jot compared to legislation. Utter crooks.

Booked holiday for 12th May I have heard nothing from them regarding refund appalling customer service can’t contact them in any way . They are taking new bookings but can’t pay people they own money to should be forced to stop trading to the reimburse everyone that wants refund . Don’t book with them not trust worthy

Love Holidays took off all communication including Live Chat to fob off customers, no phone lines available no replies to emails no Live Chat, they use "we are very busy" as an excuse so customers would not have a way of asking for refunds for un provided service. Jet2 refunded my flights and I have no way getting that back as Love Holidays robbing me off. Getting my bank and travel insurance involved now as it's ridiculous, they won't have a company left at this rate as no one will book with them just look at all reviews on websites and social media.

Very disappointing communication with this company during the Covid 19 virus. The telephone line is closed, the live chat is unavailable. Charges of up to 100 percent if you try and change travel date. Not good customer service!!

I think you need to put a comment on this page LOVE HOLIDAYS. You cant use the excuse of "we are very busy at the moment" to fob off what used to be your customer base..... carry on like this and you wont have a company to be reviewed!! BTW... still waiting for my airline costs from cancelled flight at end of March 20.
