“Booking with Love holiday was fine everything was on spot. But the hotel Leonardo Royal hotel in Mallorca wasn’t great the food was awful not everything was all inclusive There was not enough food some platters were empty for long no stock up everyday the same dessert not traditional food and dessert the food was looking not fresh .room wasn’t in best standard stuff wasn’t friendly. I I had all inclusive and I have to pay for cappuccino not ever drinks was included. They were using fake alcohol for your drinks and the taste disgusting for drinks like Jack Daniel’s etc . you have to pay. 100% don’t recommend this hotel never again . I feel like I waste my money.”

“Love holidays were great, no problems at all. Only problems were the Hotel is not what it is in the pictures unfortunately, lack of staff in outside bar made it an issue. No cups left constantly and slow staff serving. Needs to re look at how it prioritises its staff better.”

“The hotel was not what is on loveH website it’s was dark dated and dirty, the room was like a prison cell several people left the hotel and stayed somewhere else, this was not an option for me as I hadent got the budget, it’s not on google maps or on love holiday app, the reply from the hotel was that if I booked direct then I could have saw the hotel as it was not the fancy hotel on the love holiday app”

“It had all the information we needed, easy to access and change our hotel when we needed to. Prices were reasonable and it was broken down over the months making it affordable and easy to track how much we had left to pay.”

“Everything you see is what you pay for and the hotel was perfect the location was brilliant had everything around us. Yes needed to take a taxi to get to taksim square and locations for sight seeing but wasn't a problem . Order a uber as that is much cheaper then everything else.”

“Very good service, awesome support and good - relevant prices. Everything was even better than initially expected. It should be only more communication channels, as initially only way to contact love holidays was phone call (chat with agent didn't helped much - just gave me phone number which I should contact, then after phone call I received mail with guidance etc.)”
