“Love holidays were great for booking and instructions… however do not pay for transfer as it is expensive and our driver was not waiting as instructed, it was a lady with board for half a dozen tour companies, but after searching for over half an hour, I asked her for help and she pulled a piece of paper from behind board with my name on…then she had to phone driver who took another 10minutes and we had to walk another 3/4 minutes to car,,, not ideal for someone who had a heart attack, plus he never offered to carry our bags until we were near taxi. Hotel was good, but did not have twin beds as advertised and I’d emailed hotel twice… so first day out of seven wasted, waiting for twin room…. Our hotel was amadria park jure hotel sibenik Croatia…..the complex is massive… please ask reception for map on arrival.”

“Very disappointing stay at BLUESEA Copacabana. The hotel did not live up to the standard we expected or the way it was presented. The rooms were poorly maintained, and the cleanliness was below an acceptable standard. The facilities were outdated, and the overall condition of the hotel made it difficult to enjoy our holiday. We also found the hotel to be very noisy, making it hard to relax. Although some staff members were polite, the issues we raised were not resolved until the following day. I booked two rooms—one for my wife and me, and another for our children. However, on arrival we were initially placed together in one room, while our children’s room was allocated several rooms away at the far end of the corridor. Both rooms were on the first floor, had a strong smell of mould and damp, and the air conditioning was faulty and not working. We reported these problems immediately, but nothing was done until around midday the next day. As our holiday was only for three nights, we lost almost two days dealing with these issues. One staff member in particular, Tara, was not welcoming or helpful. She was very strict in her attitude towards us and appeared unhappy whenever we approached her, which made us feel uncomfortable throughout our stay. Fortunately, Lorena was much more helpful. She arranged for us to move to rooms on the fifth floor and made sure our children’s room was next to ours. Although the replacement rooms were still not ideal, they were an improvement. The rooms had no kettle for making tea or coffee, there were no proper bed covers, and the cleaning standards were poor. The building is very old, and the noise was constant. We also had a group of loud, drunk young guests staying next to our room, which made the experience even worse. The only positive aspect of this hotel was its location, which was convenient. Unfortunately, everything else was extremely disappointing. I would not stay here again and would not recommend this hotel to anyone.”

“Well done loveholidays it was fantastic. Our holiday jasmine palace in hurgarda was one of the best holidays that we’ve been to from the start to finish it was excellent. The resort itself with the staff in it with the food was fantastic so good choice loveholidays for putting that up and hopefully we’ll be coming more holidays for you in the future, thank you guys.”

“We have booked with love holidays a few times and it has been very good , having everything in one place from flights to transfers and hotel makes IT easier and cheaper rather than having to book flights then find a hotel for those dates and transfer all separately , will be booking again soon with love holidays !”
