“Overall, the hotel was clean and perfectly adequate if you’re simply looking for somewhere to sleep and enjoy the pool. However, the unexpected extra charges for facilities advertised as room amenities, the misleading website photographs and room descriptions, the disappointing first room, the feeling that regular guests were treated far better than new visitors, and the lack of warmth from the staff meant the experience fell well below our expectations. Sadly, despite the lovely pool and our improved second room, I personally wouldn’t choose to stay here again. As a young couple, we had worked hard and saved for a long time to afford this holiday, so the unexpected extra charges and the way we were treated were genuinely heartbreaking. We came to Turkey excited to relax and make happy memories, but instead found ourselves worrying about extra costs and feeling like outsiders throughout our stay. I’ve been visiting Turkey for many years and one of the things I’ve always loved most is the warmth and hospitality of the people. At previous hotels, I’ve made wonderful friendships with members of staff who I still speak to years later. Sadly, this experience couldn’t have been more different. During our entire stay, we didn’t even get to learn a single member of staff’s name. Unless you were already a regular guest, it genuinely felt like you barely got a second glance. The returning guests were warmly greeted, chatted with daily and made to feel at home, while new guests like ourselves were largely overlooked. Hospitality is one of the reasons I return to Turkey year after year, so this was especially disappointing. I would also like to say that none of these issues reflect on Love Holidays. They were absolutely fantastic from start to finish. The booking process was easy, the flights were excellent, the airport transfers were seamless and very well organised, and whenever we did have a problem they dealt with it quickly and without any fuss. I genuinely couldn’t fault Love Holidays at all and would happily book through them again in the future. Unfortunately, it was the hotel itself that let the holiday down.”

“We would definitely recommend loveholidays to everyone. And will use them again. But wouldn’t go to same hotel it’s says 4 star but for us only 2 star. Very disappointed the food and cleaning not worthy.”
