“Booked with these clowns , 1 holiday for July to Turkey then another holiday for Italy both cancelled due to covid , love holidays don’t keep to there word , still waiting for a refund , would never use again and definitely wouldn’t recommend”

“Received hotel refund within 14 days but not flight, so after 3 months went to credit card and got money back from them.IF you booked a package holiday with LH you are entitled to a full refund from them under section 75 of the consumer act by law. Go to your credit card or bank for chargeback or county court. Do it they have’nt a leg to stand on.”

“My daughter struck up in India since March2020, she wanted to go to Australia but no flights are there to go in vandebharat flight very hard to get the tickets one of my friend gave Lovely Holiday number and I contacted Mr.susheel and he guided me and took great pain to send my daughter to Australia his planning is very good now my daughter is in Adelaide and she is in quarantine thanks to Mr. Susheel. So request to all who were struck up in India may contact him to reach Australia. Lovely holidays is lovely”

“Loveholidays provided by far the worst experience I have ever had with any company. Virtually impossible to contact, customer service reps who disconnected when they cannot answer a question, had to fight tooth and nail to get refund through ABTA (who they have now left, be warned). Even refused letters by post. An appalling excuse of a company, you have been warned.”

“LoveHolidays, more like LoveScamming Booked a package holiday for December to celebrate a big birthday and Emirates have changed the flight dates and now our hotel and flights don’t align. Contacted loveholidays in August to make them aware of this and have been promised call backs, none of which have happened, live chat refuse to speak to me and I get a copy and pasted message to say ‘someone will be in touch you just need to wait, Hugh volumes etc’ it’s just not good enough. Poor customer service, call backs that haven’t came, they have completely closed ranks and have my £3,500 squarely in their pocket. I will NEVER ever book with them again and have actually been in talks with This Morning to talk about my case.”

“LoveHolidays provide NO customer service Booked a holiday that isn’t going ahead and paid in full. Been promised by LoveHolidays 6 seperate times that they will call me specifically to discuss my booking, this hasn’t happened to date. No live chat advisor will help me, they all tell me the same thing, ‘you need to wait’ and that someone will get back to me 3 working days prior to departure to say whether the holiday is cancelled or not. Like, seriously? I’ve asked to make a complaint and I’ve been told they will look at my complaint 156 days after departure. I’ve asked to write in and they’ve said ‘our HQ is closed so we won’t respond to your letter’. There is no live telephone number, no email, no post just live chat advisors who refuse to engage or actually help in any meaningful way. They shouldn’t be allowed to trade, absolute scam artists. I will never ever book again with this company. This has been the least positive experience of Covid, attempting to deal with a company who close ranks and refuse to talk to their customers.”

“Aviod at all costs ! Absolute awful company, impossible to speak to anyone so have to use " live chat" . It's like a kangaroo court, they send you messages through their app to which you cannot answer, our holiday was cancelled due to Covid but I have just received this. Hello, Please be advised that we have received a response from the hotel, and they are unable to issue a refund for this booking, as the booking is non-refundable, even in the current situation. Thank you so much for your understanding. That's it, not even a credit note ! Save yourself money and hassle by booking your holiday through a reputable company.”

“DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY I have once again been fobbed off with lies about my flight refund. My holiday was cancelled in May and I still haven't had my flights refunded. Their customer service is a disgrace. Ryanair say they paid love holiday on 29/9 , love holidays say they haven't got the money. We had another holiday booked with on the beach.for October this year. We were emailed and refunded within 2 weeks and we had to do nothing. I really have never had such a bad service!!!”

“DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I have been waiting on a refund for flights, for over 4 months. I have evidence of the money being returned from the airline to Love Holidays, yet I am continually told these funds have not been returned. I have experienced the worst customer service in trying to secure my refund, so please heed this, if you are thinking of using this bunch of charlatans. Trading standards should close them down.”

“When I took over the case for my daughter’s refund, I was fed one lie after another. Working in the industry i quickly realised that love holiday is only a handling agent. They don’t issue tickets and have to ask their mother company for any refunds. JTA is the main company. Now love holidays left the regulator body, surely to try to avoid refunding. Only after days of waiting online and threatening with small claims court, having been given a proof of the refund by the airline, they finally refunded the flights. Advised my daughter never to use them again, but only to use one of the larger agencies who doesn’t rely on another company for admin.”

“If you do a chargeback with your bank you should get your money back i got mine within 30 minutes its easy as your bank will not go to loveholidays but to there bank and get your money back spread the word.”

“We went on holiday in March, they took us to Malta, only to be told when we got there our holiday was cancelled, we had to pay 110 Euros to be locked down in a hotel room, and had to get our own flights back home. I am still trying to get my refund which has been paid in dribs and drabs, last month they refunded my credit card £276.94, only to then take it back again as an unauthorised payment!!!”

“The only reason it is 1 star is that there are no negative stars. No information from them and they have removed all means of contacting them. I am not hopeful of getting any refund. Will never book with them again whatever the incentives”
