“This is a long overdue review. Back in July 2019, I was scrolling on my phone and happen to see a Free Sample from this brand/company on Facebook. This is a time where Korean Beauty Skincare was not that big on the market yet. So i signed up. When I got my Free Sample…it was a full-size of their Nourishing & Moisturing Oil + Cleanser product. I was shocked…A full-sized product?!? Are you kidding me?!?! 😁😱 I always have clear skin. However, during that time, I had small itchy bumps on the lower part of both sides of my jawline. I didn’t know if I used a product that irritated my skin, if it’s fungal or homonal acne. It was not a lot, but it is the first time i had them, so I was really concerned, annoyed, and frustrated because they wouldn’t go away no matter what cream I use on them. Then I tried this free sample cleanser that I got from this brand/company. Guess what happened?!?! They disappeared in 3 days of just using the cleanser!! All gone! I was VERY happy! After that, I went about my life and forgot about this cleanser. Until 3 months ago, when I had the same skin problem on the same spot. I then remembered what healed my skin problem more than 5 years ago. I know I kept this product hidden somewhere. When I found it, I was very happy because I know…this is the answer to my skin problem. It was expired (20210227 it said at the bottom of the bottle). I told myself, “Let’s see if this will still work eventhough it expired 4 years ago.” Low and behold…”IT STILL WORKS!!!” Gone in 3 days again! It soothe, calmed, healed and left no dark marks like the last time. With that said, I can attest that this product works! Thank you, Love Saranghae for making a product that actually works (eventhough it has long expired)! I will be forever thankful to your products and will keep using it. ❤️ This is the Order ID for my free sample: 061D6022BE.”

“I love everything about these products! I use the face mask in the morning and even after a long day in front of the computer I get compliments about my skin glowing! The foam cleanser is amazing too. I've tried SO many cleanser and they either leave some leftover residue or give my skin a rough texture, but not this one. It feels great on my skin and I can feel like my makeup is 100% removed even after the first rinse. I am never going back!!”

“I have been using your products for well over a decade and can't express how much I love them. They clean, nourish, calm and hydrate my skin so reliably that I feel lost if I don't have them with me. I really do believe that they are partly why I've not visibly aged that much since I started using them. Can't recommend enough.”

“I have been using your products since 2017. I just got my new products today and noticed all the items were smaller in fluid oz than my last bundle with the same price tag. I am very disappointed by this especially with no warning to your consumers. I truly thought your company was better than this.”

Hi Michelle, We appreciate your honest review. Yes, our generation 8 triple mushroom complex products have gone through a wholesale evolution in ingredients, formulation and packaging. The packaging is now fully recyclable and more in line with standard sizing (we offered oversized packaging before). The more important aspect is that the new formulations offer more actives, and greater value. In short, we believe we're offering better products at the same price. Also, we did send out multiple emails letting our customers know the details of the change but it looks like you didn't receive it or it probably ended up in your SPAM folder. We understand that you're not pleased with the change, but please do give our generation 8 products a fair try. I think you'll find that you'll enjoy them even more. “I’ve only been using about 3 weeks. Compared to competitors it takes a little longer to mix and dissolve in coffee. How long before we notice any difference in our skin, joints or hair? Also, does this ever go on sale or is it less expensive if you are a member. I’ve been a member for many years and would like to continue to your collagen longer but wish it was a little less money. Thank you.”

Hi A. Yes, you're correct, it does take a bit longer to dissolve. Typically you'll see a noticeable difference within about 3 weeks or so. Some see it more in their hair, some see it more in their nails. Some tell us their joints feel better. The benefits seem to be highly personal. The collagen supplement right now is $49 USD for a month's supply but with the VIP membership option you can get it for $39.20 USD. And you can take that order in any interval you wish (30 days, 45 days, 60 days etc..). The collagen does go on sale when we do site wide sales from time to time but the sales only apply to one time purchases so the best way to consistently purchase the collagen is to go the VIP membership route and from time to time purchase it one time sale if the promotion is really good (i.e. Black Friday sales). As we only promote site wide sales 2x a year, that VIP membership option (20% off) is an option you can enjoy at anytime. Thank you and all our best!

“I’ve been using Saranghae for nearly a decade now, and have brought you many customers over the years who use it now too. We all love the products. I just tried the lip balm today, so far so good! Also, love the new packaging! The only complaint I have is the eye cream packaging, it’s hard to get the last bits of cream from the pump jar, and I end up wasting some of it because of it. I prefer a regular small jars for eye cream - like the one you use for the moisturizer but much smaller. It’s just my five cents, other than that, I am a big fan of your products. Thanks, and keep kicking butt!”
