Never buy patio door from Lowe’s they install n door mess up there put replacing for me 6 months later 😢 door closes not right locks can’t lock just used wood stick to lock not happy never shop from Lowe’s again!

Wow where to start. We needed a new fridge for our rental. We found the "perfect " fridge. Right size, width, ice machine ect. The gentleman that helped us entered the wrong address for delivery. Needless to say after dealing with there 3rd party delivery company and a store manager we finally got the fridge delivered on the 5th try. You are supposed to receive a 30 min window before delivery. It was a 15 min window. I was 5 mins late. The 3rd party delivery was now in contract with there supervisor clocking my arrival time. (Even though they only gave me 15 mins) I arrive. They unload the fridge and tell me to unhook the water line. Lowes says on there website that they will unhook and rehook the new water line to the fridge. They did not help at all with any of this. Now to the fridge. The gentleman who input our order was suppose to sell us the fridge with the ice maker. He also sold us the new water line. Now you can understand how upsetting it was to find out that we did not receive any of it and were charged for the water line hose. We also payed for haul off and disposal of the old fridge. That did not happen either. This lead to my husband and father in law having to hook up the new fridge and disposing of the old fridge. We have been dealing with this for 4 weeks between all of the rescheduling. Very disappointing. We will never use Lowes again.

I returned some items to Lowes that my contractor did not use to complete my kitchen remodel. I had the receipts. I handed the receipts to the cashier and told her I wanted cash back or a gift card. I had paid the contractor in full for all the material which is why I had the receipts. The Cashier did a debit return and told me to go back to the contractor to get the money. I was astonished, you have to be kidding me. I asked to speak with a manager. Ben was his name and he repeated what the cashier had said. I spent a 1 1/2 in the store trying to get someone to correct this. I called the customer service line while I was in the store. I waited 45 minutes before someone answered. Only to have the representative hang up on me. You talk about horrible customer service. I will never do business with Lowes again.

I wanted to replace lawn sprinkler heads and looked up parts at Lowes website. it indicated that parts were in stock at a Milwaukie, Oregon. I drove 14 miles to the store and found out that all stocks were in a pallet to be shipped away. Scott at the store indicated that I couldn't buy 6 units. Scott looked up the part on his electronic device and told me that parts are available at Gresham store. I called Gresham store and spoke with Bradley - I explained about the web info and availability issue. I asked him to verify if in fact parts were available for pick up. He insisted that 32 units were available. i drove 15 miles to the store and couldn't locate sprinkler heads. Shauna, customer service paged floor help - I spoke with Tamara, who tried her best to help me, worked with Jadco to locate sprinkler heads. None were to be found. Bradley at the customer service could have sent someone to check on parts when I called the Gresham store which would have taken 3-4 minutes to verify the status. I ended up driving over 30 miles for nothing. And wasted over 2 hours of my time. BTW, when I went to the Gresham store, there were 4 people working at the service desk. 3 of them were trying to help one customer. I took a picture.

First time I went to Lowes Garden City NY. I was previously a Home Depot regular. I was so pleasantly surpised how orderly everything was. What really surprised me was the cleanliness of the mens bathroom. Even though there are a bunch of Home Depots closer to my house, I will drive the extra 12 miles to Lowes since it is so much more pleasant.

I have wasted so much time trying to get Lowes to do what they say they will do. I cannot waste anymore of my time on this ridiculous store and their empty promises. Suffice to say if anything goes wrong with your order you are absolutely screwed trying to get any resolution. So sorry there are not negative stars available as I hate to give them even one!!!!!

I Went into store to get wood the have sign in wrong place it was $3.07 So I got the wood go to checkout they charge me $ 4.58 each then went back to sign its in the wrong place . Then I knew HOME DEPOT PRICE WAS $ 3.35 BECAUSE I PURCHASED IT THERE A WEEK AGO so I ask do you price match Home Depot a Manger said No . I replied your website says you do . Then he got another manager she said sorry we don't match Home Depot. There website clearly says they do . So Lowes my answer to you IF YOU DONT WANT MY BUSINESS OR TRIES TO OVER CHARGE I WILL SHOP AT HOME DEPOT . AT HOME DEPOT THEY TREAT CUSTOMERS THE BEST. THATS WHY HOME DEPOT IS THE LARGEST. HOME DEPOT TREATS THERE CUSTOMER RIGHT. So Lowes you had better learn from HOME DEPOT

On June 15 bought a Samsung 4 door refridgaerator/Freezer. On June 16 refridgerator/freezer was deliver & Installed. On June 18 the freezer stopped working. On the phone with Lowes/Assurant/Samsung. Spoke to LOWES for 2 days; (Boca Raton GM / Lowes Distrubution Center / Lowes Corp). The following was not explained to me at the time of purchase, but after the Appliance broke down. Since I bought the Appliance with a Visa card, I had 48 hours from the time the appliance was delivered to file a issue with my appliance. Anything past 48 hours was my problem. If you pay with a Lowes Credit Card then you have 30 days if there are any issues. Also anything past the 48 hours or 30 days, depending on how you paid and if you have an extended warranty, you must go through the Manufacturers Warranty 1ST, then the Extended Warranty kicks in. None of this was explainat time of purchase. Now since my freeze doesn't work and it happened After 48 hours, Lowes wipped there hands and will have nothing to do with me or my defective appliance. I am now at the mercy of Samsung. If Samsung can not fix the appliance, Samsung will reach out to Lowes. It will be up to the GM; (where ever you bought it from); to see if they will replace it other wise Samsung will replace the appliance. Right now the earliest I am able to get service with Samsung is not till the end of the month. If Samsung can fix the unit, now I have to wait for parts and have a non working freezer on a new unit for 2 week or more. Calling Lowes is a waste of time, as there C/S and standing behind what they sell is in the Toilet. I was advise by my credit card company to go through the mudd and if nothing gets resolved to contact them and file a disbute. Lowes has incompetent people who are not trainned and knowledgable about what they sell and not honest and do not stand behind there items.

Horrible customer service. First dishwasher was wrong color, The second was damaged. Manager could careless. I will never buy another appliance here again. I had to purchase the second dishwasher in order to switch the dishwasher with the wrong color. On Friday my new dishwasher was damaged!! Now it will take 3-10 business day to receive a refund. Horrible customer service. Manager could care less

They should get 0 stars if that's possible. Bought a few of the same items from this store, but apparently, some sneaky shoppers have made their ways to swap out stuff out of boxes and I was a victim to purchase one of those items. I bought a number of the same items (cellular blinds) and one of them was swapped out of the original item (with those lower priced cordless vinyl blinds). I was honestly trying to keep all the items I bought and did not care about and threw out the receipt, now I cannot get help with this item that was stolen from someone else, and I am left with this cheaper, different version of a "blind". I understand stealing is unacceptable and uncontrollable, but for a honest, true shopper to suffer a clause like such, LOWE'S, you will not expect me to be loyal shopper.

I had to many bad experiences at Lowe’s one time I bought some insulation and the cashier ask me to take a picture of the item then bring it to him, so I did that and he charged me and call 2noys to get the insulation out to my truck and I just went to my project with it when I open the first pack the insulation they loaded on my truck was not the insulation that I had paid for, so I thought that I could just bring it back to the store and get the insulation that I had paid for but no, the manager will not give me my money back or not even take that insulation back and give me the correct insulation, they are a bunch of crooked people there they will sale you material they don’t even have and and they promised you a delivery day but if they can’t get the material they keep changing the delivery day and make you wait for ever,

I BOUGHT AIR CONDITION IT WENT I REACHED TO LOWE'S ABOUT IT THE SUPERVISOR REFUSES TO TALK TO ME THEY HUNG UP ON ME AND BOUGHT THE AIR CONDITION AT LOWE'S

If I could give zero stars, I would. The worst experience I have had with a company and customer service. Not one thing that was told to me was accurate. I purchased a washing machine for the Memorial Day Sale. The first delivery came and the washer died within two min of the water filling. The machine died with the door locked, ruining my clothes since they had to sit in the water. They said someone would call me within 24 hours to set up a delivery time. No one called. I called and found out it was already scheduled, without telling me. I had to take that day off of work since no timeframe was given. sent someone out to replace it. That individual not only came an hour before my scheduled time, but when he came, said they couldn't exchange it because the lid was shut and left. Called again and waited several more days for a new delivery. That washer came. I asked for them to stay to ensure that it worked. They stayed for one min, before the water started filling. Once it started filling, it died again. I called again and waited several days for the next delivery, where I was told they would have the individuals delivering the machine wait to make sure it works with the water. The drivers refused and left before confirming. It died again. Now they are saying that I have to wait until the next week to get it serviced. I told them that if the individuals weren't going to wait, to just send to have it serviced because I can't take this chance again. Now I'm stuck waiting...again...and I still have no washer. I've lost 3 days of work waiting for the delivery, I was never called when I was told I would be called with each delivery. Not one thing that was told to me ended up occuring. Horrible experience.

The Lowes in Mansfield Texas is absolutely horrible ordered the wrong merchandise and couldn't take responsibility for there mistake and causing me thousands of dollars by delaying my project.

I ordered windows ($22,000 order) in October, 2021. To date (6/7/2023), the installation is incomplete. All I get from Lowes is phone calls telling me they are giving me a call. The Lowes Executive Customer Service support person (Cynthia) who says she is in direct communications with the president is of absolutely no help. I now have a casement window that is supposed to be installed on 6/19 by a new contractor. The contractor (By Tor) refuses to communicate with me on the needed items to be completed. I also have a warped casement that is to be replaced. I have casement windows with inoperative or incorrect crank handles that they say will be installed on 6/19 with the correct handles. I also have 2 locking mechanisms that are incorrect that are to be replaced, but that Lowes is telling me they are out of warranty and I have to pay for replacement for THEIR mistakes. To top it off, ALL of the double hung windows (10 of them) have incorrect and mis-sized grids inside the windows. By Tor and Lowes also cannot confirm where the correct screens are or if they even have the correct hardware to mount screens on 6/19. I have NEVER had such poor customer service from any company at any time. And the incompetence all around from Lowes and By Tor is beyond ridiculous. I want By Tor and Lowes out of my life after 6/19 at which time I'll demand a full refund of my purchase price for the windows, with the help of my attorney.

Beware Lowes supposed policy.! I've bought many refrigerators in my life and never experienced this. I'm an old disabled vet. Lowes has supported vets and was one of my favorite stores. Until today. I ordered a new fridge. I was told free delivery and installation. I was told it needed a $19 kit for water hookup so I purchased that too, and was told they'd install it. Delivered it today. The two guys were ready to push it back into its cubby hole and I said wait you forgot to attach the water line. The installation boss says no. I must have a shutoff valve directly behind where the refrigerator is. I said I have a shutoff valve for the refrigerator in the bathroom behind and I already turned it off. I offered to show him but he said no, it must be directly behind the refrigerator. Really? Who came up with that nonsensical policy? I told him that was not what I was told and if he wasn't going to install it, I wouldn't accept it. So they left with it. After, I checked Lowes website and this is all it says "Lowe’s delivery teams complete basic connections for any major appliance, provided necessary the accessories were purchased. To qualify for hookup, the appliance must be less 500 pounds and less than 36 inches wide (ranges), and it cannot have a compressor on top. Gas appliances are excluded from hookup; please contact your local store for assistance" So I'm not really sure if this is a Lowes policy or made up by the installer. But if you don't have a shutoff valve directly behind the refrigerator, best to shop Home Depot who has assured me will hook it up no problem and nonsense
