I would like to thank Nathan Clark and David at the Madison Street Lowes in Clarksville Tn for helping me solve an issue with my new griddle. Also, Lisa Farmer was a great Help in helping me order what I wanted. Thank you!!

I bought a new dishwasher last week. It was delivered Friday 10/13 around 4pm. Over the weekend I set it up, to find it would not work and was running an error code. After a bit of troubleshooting, the error code states there is an issue with the motherboard on the unit. I called lowes.com at 8:30am on Monday 10/16 to report the issue and ask to exchange the unit for one that functions. I was told I should have called during the weekend since their 48 hour policy for returns is not business hours. Now I'm being forced to wait for the manufacture to send a repair person to confirm what I've told them. It will take 3 weeks for the repair person to get here and we will most likely have to wait a few more days after that for lowes to replace the broken unit they sold me. Meanwhile, I do not have a functioning dishwasher, my kitchen is ripped apart waiting for the repair person, and I'm hand doing dishes for the next month. I was told had I called Sunday afternoon they would have had no issue replacing it, but because I waited until Monday morning they will not. Thank you for absolutely nothing lowes.com, all I asked for was you to replace the broken dishwasher you sold me....

As noted before, the refrigerator came with a scratch on the side which I accepted with a 10% discount since I was told I couldn't use it while I waited for a replacement fridge. The scratch is in the side back, so, although I wasn't happy about it, I felt we could live with it. When the installer installed the dishwasher, he scratched it during the install. He apologized and said I should request a replacement since I would be seeing it every time I used it. Go ahead and use it in the meanwhile, he said. He documented it with a photo before leaving. He also installed an over-the-range microwave. I suggested moving my new range out of the way but he chose to work over it. I placed a thick towel over the stovetop to try to protect it. After he left and I removed the towel, I saw a several scratches on the stove top front. I alerted Lowes to these problems. Last Thursday, a Lowes representative arrived to check things over. (I had called and cancelled the Thursday time since we had doctor's appointments that day, but he never got the message. I went ahead and tried to I accommodate him but doing so made me run late to my appointment.) I heard nothing from Lowes on Friday. (He had said I would.) I called this morning and after 45 minutes on hold, "Joelle" in Indianapolis assured me that nothing would be done about what had occurred. I called the local store about this and spoke briefly with the appliance manager. She was to patch me through to the installation department, but the call was dropped. I have called her back twice, but the phone in appliances was not answered. Bottom line Lowes is not concerned about customer satisfaction at all! Go elsewhere to spend your big bucks on appliances! I sure wish I had!

This company has really gone downhill over the last decade. I have been a 20 year customer and spent 10s of thousands of dollars with Lowes. I tried to buy a dishwasher and this began around 9/25, it is 10/16 and I still don't have my dishwasher and won't for another 10 days because Lowe's install contractor refuses to give customers priority service.

Oct 15th went to Lowe’s to purchase a refrigerator. Found a salesperson told him what I was looking for. Found what I wanted, while we were talking a couple came in. Salesman told me to have a seat. What did he do, went over and took care of them. Sat there 20 minutes. I finally got up and left. As I was leaving the salesman sitting down with that couple doing business with them. I left and will never do busines with Lowe’s again. That was down right ignore and very unprofessional.

Buying a gas stove from this company was an endless nightmare ultimately: they talked a good game at the beginning but as time for delivery (they gave me at least six different delivery dates by the way) grew close the mix up in communications as to delivery time and then installation of the product led to literally hours on the phone. Finally after I had to act as the liaison between Lowe's the installation sub contractor since their communications is so very bad--the stove arrived via the installers. Then they walked away from the job because a connecting valve was broken and with no plan to return. As a result I am left with my old stove despite having paid for a haulaway by the installers. No one will take responsibility for this haulaway so my misery has continued. I will get it resolved (hopefully without paying an independent party to haul the old stove away) but Lowe's clearly deserves a less than 1 star in my opinion for the unconscionable hassle they have put a customer through. The prices look nice but the customer service is unspeakable.

Lowes does not fulfill it's commitment to elderly couple. After ordering Countertops and Lowes comfiting to installing the sink they received from Lowes, now they are saying they cannot install it. Buyer BEWARE...regardless of how much they throw Ad Money around, they did not in this case and in many others as noted online fulfill their commitment to the customer and the service they advertise.😱 Mr Ellison still has never responded nor the Regional Manager for the store in question...perhaps Home Depot would have been the better choice!! Look on their Facebook page, - go to More and on the drop down Menu you will see Reviews...They don't Post any or have an Option to Post - Wonder Why?

I purchased a 3000 dollar craftsmen lawnmower. Only put 35 hours of on it and the throttle broke, battery has to be jumped every time used, belt came off twice and two tires have gone flat. I called to return it and Lowes only allows returns for 30 days. Ridiculous! There should be an exception for such an expensive LEMON!

Delivery process is extremely poor! Bought a stove in September 2023. Delivery date is February 6, 2024. Ridiculous amount of time to get stove delivered. May cancel and go with Home Depot. Not going to pay for a stove I don’t even have.

We went to lowes to buy a granite countertop. Rep told us pay $600 for a deposit and the remainder due upon completion of work. Just now informed that policy has changed. Obvious rep didn't get the training. Now we have to pay remainder of balance before any work will be done. If we don't like we can go elsewhere but they keep our deposit. We would have never agreed to paying 100% of a construction project before any work is done. That is very foolish. But looks like we have no choice now. Don't do business with lowes for installations. Paying up front for labor will get you burned often.

The fridgidair refrigerator is total junk. damaged in transport, the doors are not installed right. there is a 1/4 inch gap at the top and 3/4 at the bottom. No adjustment for the vertical alignment. lowes helped me load it and damaged the bottom in the process. there was no way to tell what the condition was because it was boxed. its made in Mexico and was clearly put together by idiots.

I am posting this review here and hope that Lowes Corporate will see this and complement their employees. My husband and I went to Lowes at Waynesville, NC recently and we were so happy that Briona helps us at the credit card self-check out. She was very friendly and pleasant. We asked if she can help us checking out as we have applied for the Lowes credit card and have not yet received it. I showed her the email I have received and she said no problem and she proceed to help us checking out. When came to the final totaling our whole cart we were expecting to receive 5% discount but the self-check register will not provide such an option. She went to the supervisor Ethan and was scanned in a store bar code which allow us the discount. Ethan said today was Briona first day and I thought her performance was outstanding and she was wonderful. Following week, we were at Lowes again. Checking out a full cart of things we need at the credit card self-check out again. Here comes Briona, she recognized us and proceed to help us checking out. We were so please we have her in helping us at the checkout stand. We were so delighted and wished that each time we shop at this branch of Lowes, we will see her. We find her, an awesome, cheerful and helpful employee. She is a champion !!! a key asset to Lowes. We were unable to do the survey at www.lowes.com/survey as the receipt seem to have a missing digit that did not print from the id #. We are so disappointed and an employee review/feedback is not able to share due to the monthly winner drawing! and Lowes website does not provide an freeform feedback to compliment an employee in the “Contact US” section like majority of the company website!!!

It’s so disappointing to go in to Lowe’s in September and see all the Christmas decorations out and not much of Halloween. Don’t shove Christmas down our throats when Halloween isn’t even here.

I purchased a washer and dryer in the store for deliver on Wednesday. I was told the delivery time was from 8am to 8pm and there would be a 4 hour delivery window. I said that was great but I was not available from 11:30-12:30 or after 5pm. On Monday I called and was told that I had to wait for the delivery window before making any specific request. On Tuesday I received my window from 11:30-3:30pm. I called again and was told I needed to make any specific request 24 hours in advance' which I tried to do. After being on hold for 62 minutes I was told by a very rude associate that special requests cannot be made and I had to be available for 12 hours until my delivery time was given and they would not make special arrangements for me. On Wednesday at 10:55am I received the text that they would be at my house at 11:30am. I called to speak with the gstore delivery supervisor but she was unavailable so I was transfered to delivery. I was told by a really rude make associate that if I was not there at 11:30am the delivery would be cancelled and I would have to pay for redelivery. I explained if my appliances wre not delivered today I would cancel my order. His response was I don't care if you cancel your order but your delivery will be there at 11:30am. After my appointment I went to Lowes and spoke with the delivery supervisor. I was told this 3rd party delivery company *ucked and they had no control as it was a corporate decision and she could do nothing about the delivery. This HORRIFIC delivery company is affecting Lowes rating. Lowes corporate does not care about the customer. I have never received such horrible delivery service by Sears or Home Depot. I will take my money somewhere else.

I have been a long-standing customer of Lowe's for over 21 years and up until this time, I really haven't had any serious issues. I purchased an electric dryer on 9/3/2023 (Sunday). I told the salesperson that I needed to have the old dryer hauled away and did indicate that I had a gas dryer. They said they didn't "fool" with gas dryers and that I had to have it disconnected. I could not have the gas dryer disconnected by a licensed gas plumber until September 5th (costing me $84.00 to have this done and which took all of 2 minutes to do) because of the 4th being Labor Day. Lowe's delivered the dryer anyway on the 4th. This was a third-party delivery service that Lowe's uses now instead of in-house, which is good for them, but sucks for the customer. Dropped the dryer off, but not before tearing my storm door off the hinges and damaging wood even after I told them specifically that the storm door could open so far, but they "stretched" it breaking the wood and pulling the closers out of the wood. Foolish me, which I will never ever do in the future, had signed a liability waiver thus letting them off the hook to pay for the damage. They also were never told about the possibility of having to pick up an old dryer. I then scheduled Lowe's third-party to come out and hook up the dryer, the scheduled time was between 4:30 and 8:30 in the evening. No one ever showed, nor did they call. When I called the next day, all they said was the truck broke down and didn't seem to care that I was upset because no call was made nor was a text sent to my phone. Waited all those hours for nothing!! Finally, one week later, they came to hook it up. Such a nightmare with just purchasing a dryer - I talked to all kinds of people about issues; never getting back to me; just passing on my complaints. BTW, my sister and I moved the old gas dryer outside my house by ourselves. I would hope that Lowe's would be more accommodating to customers who have been with them for years and who have a good credit standing with them. I never missed a payment and always paid off before the due date. I guess it just doesn't matter. I know that I will never, ever again purchase anything from Lowe's since they don't really seem to care about their customers. I truly learned my lesson!!

I purchased a fridge and had it delivered. One of the shelves was broken so i called for a repair. The delivery service said they had to pickup the fridge and I had to purchase another one . The problem is now I have no fridge for my food for 4 days while they process the paperwork between the 3rd party delivery service and Lowes. The 4rd party delivery service does not give any paperwork or have you sign any paperwork when delivering or picking up. I asked for a refund and went to another store that does not use a 3rd party delivery service. I am still waiting on refund. This is terrible service.
