“Ordered vinyl floor from them and arrived over the week later. I understand it's not easy right now to stick with promised delivery date but communication is a must!!! I had to phone them twice to get some info of our delivery and the drive phone just half an hour before he dropped it. No tracking number either. Hence the 4 stars, otherwise floor arrived undamaged and it's lovely.”
“Most of the timber was very good indeed but about 10 planks were very slightly too wide or too narrow just by a couple of mms
So couldn’t be used

The delivery driver was supposed to do a curbside delivery but I was home alone and he helped me carry up 17 packs of the flooring up 2 flights of stairs to get it into my apartment.
