She had some good videos with info and some feed back after check in. I received an email from you about not forgetting my checkin. I knew I was a little past my time slot but I Che led in because I got the email. She then reprimanded me for being late. There were just a few things like that …. Anyway - I see a lot of people have good relationships with their coach, so I’m sure it is a good program. Maybe just wasn’t the right time or match for me. “Very good experience in getting a better understanding of nutrition and not just about food types but learning about "macros" as a whole. The important factors are ensuring to stay under the calorie count and following the macros % chart which will ensure you are full and help be consistent in your dieting. Like anything, it is challenging at first because your body has to adjust to the meal planning as you have been conditioned to eating so much and certain types of meals. Your body has to retrain itself to adjust to these macros which in time will need to be adjusted again as your body loses more body fat which will require less caloric intake. This is all balanced with the workouts which go hand in hand in ensuring success. Coach Mike was a wonderful person to work with because he gave examples, provided key insights on where success lies and would challenge you where to focus on in ensuring you can be successful. This is key, and progress may be slow one has to keep going...steady but surely.”
