I shop for food at the Simply Food in Bath. There are now many products missing from the shelves: yesterday no frozen onions or herbs, no loose pill lady apples or pears. The elderflower cordial now just tastes of sugar even though it has gone up considerably in price. It is no longer a premium product but is just cheap squash with a high price.

I'm not making a review about yr products, even though the quality is not what it was some time ago. I'm incensed that your advert for Christmas, is offensive to say the least and denigh's our Christian background. I never thought I would come this decision about M & S since I was a child and I'm over 70 now. I will not set foot in yr door again.

I received a Sparks offer for a free reusable bag however was charged for it. I contacted customer service by email. The response…..maybe I didn’t read the terms and conditions. Several code numbers were quoted and apparently mine wasn’t one. I discovered you can have a free bag as long as it isn’t a Christmas one and when I mentioned this was told read the terms and conditions. Given I was in one of their larger stores and these were the only bags they had, the offer is pointless. I have had several email exchanges with customer service and to be totally honest feel patronised. The responses are so scripted and continually refer me back to the terms and conditions. I know it was only a 40p bag but any goodwill I had has gone!!!

You want us to buy our Christmas presents and food in your store yet YOU have tried to end Christmas! Odd choice of marketing (even without the flag insult) since according to you we don't need to honour Christmas. I will be shopping else where this year for sure

I will no longer shop at Marks and Spencers due to their Christmas ad this year. It was disappointing to see hats in the Palestinian flag colours burning.

Over priced Zionist puppy organisation whose racist view is becoming blatantly clear with their recent Christmas campaign where they are burning Palestinians flag while thousands of children are being bombed every day

Why can I no longer buy extra short jeans? The short ones are miles too long. Ended up buying ankle grazers in short! Same thing with the linen trousers. Bought navy, white & chambray. Not available in extra short but wanted to wear them with heels anyway. There was 4 inches difference in length between the white & chambray with the navy coming in the middle. I had to cut navy & chambray down!

I tried to purchase trousers over the past number of weeks. Each day I go on to the M&S website and there is no availability in the extra short length. This seems to be a popular size and yet you never have any in stock.

Marks and Spencers if you are banning customers for rewarding your staff for excellent customer service skills I think most people would say close your doors what a damaging review top managers taking the rewards and they keep there jobs

You constantly here how retailers are struggling to draw customers into there store’s and then you read how marks and Spencers managers from Torquays flagship store are banning customers for rewarding there staff for good customer service skills Claire Thomas should have been sacked and all those that took money from this gentleman and were more than happy to spend it two faced I think they call it

Online order cancelled because payment failed verification process… funny that as money gone from bank account and you admit will take 3-5 days to reimburse. No order and payment with you. Rubbish online service. Won’t use again

M & S has reached an all time low. They refused me a refund of the 6.50 Euros I paid for a very poor quality vegan plant based dish this week. It was like eating wall paper paste. I gave them all the details of the product plus the date of sale etc but was refused a refund because I did not have a Sparks Card or a smart phone to photograph the receipt etc and send it to them. As a senior citizen in my late 70's I cannot afford a Sparks card which costs 120 Euros or a smart phone. This is age discrimination pure and simple. I have been a customer at M & S for over 60 years and this is the way they treat their loyal older customers! M & S has become just as greedy as the next retailer.

re: "Click&Collect". Generally staff seem totally unaware of data protection regulations, they continually ask the customer for both name as well as their postcode before collection, & as usually there is a queue, we then have to share our personal details, often repeatedly, & often in a loud voice. Wrote 3 times to Executive team, each time same data protection member replied, in her first communication "We do not believe we are in breach of regulation"... "If you prefer, you are welcome to ask for a quiet location in store for you to disclose your information" despite her position, she was evidently unsure re: regulation breaches. Second communication states, "in store should also be able to confirm this with the ORDER NUMBER and ONE other piece of information in order to identify you, such as your name or postcode" so if this is M&S protocol WHY is it not followed in all stores?? Her final advice to me was "If you would prefer not to disclose your name or post code in store, we offer a home delivery service which may better suit your needs." One may well query, as M&S appear to have an in-house D.P. team in place, why "all" their D.P. "protocol" is not clearly posted in the "Click & Collect" area for all customers to eventually consult.

Shocking service, wore new condition shoes 8 times over just under 2 weeks, seams came apart now unwearable and no compensation, poor communication and quality, sub standard, not fit for purpose products.
