Went early for food shopping. Lucky not to break a leg. Every aisle I turned into was full of trolleys for filling shelves. Some areas were inaccessible. It was really a health and safety risk. This was followed by chaos at checkouts. Not checkout operators fault. The card readers were not working. Everyone was flapping about. I mislaid my card in the hassle. I left the shop highly stressed. Apologies from staff........ NO.........

I ordered a cake from M&S and was to collect it 7 days later in store unfortunately I couldn't make it to the store so I asked at collections if it was possible to change to another store. With cake orders you can't change anything but after a chat with Roisin in your Forestside branch we discovered we both came from the same town and she met me with the cake. This was above and beyond and absolutely no problem to her, I can't thank her enough for doing this as it hasn't been long since I had surgery and driving long distances can be a problem. Roisin and M&S thank you so much

I have been a customer for a long time, and the extra lean ham i have been buying for a long time,you have changed the suppler of the ham, and it’s not the same,you don’t say it is extra,you call lean ham,i will not be buying again.

I was in marks and Spencer’s argyle street Glasgow today 4/11/19 at around 11.15am in food dept I was at self scan where someone had left their basket I placed it on floor do I could put my shopping through when assistant approached me she was abrupt with me for doing so I carried on scanning my shopping I could hear her discussing me with another customer I was thoroughly embarrassed I won’t be back customer service is awful

My wife and I often visit the Hexham store which we have always have great service from the staff(especially Sharon and Jane) we hope this store continues with the excellent service that it provides in future.

I bought the roast beef dinner for 1 , very disappointed. Cooked as instructed, potatoes cooked fine, but the peas and carrots were uncooked, the meat ,well hard to describe, didn't taste like beef and quite hard. Yorkshire was fine . I'll stick to sainsburys in future. My opinion was the instructions were wrong on packet. Sharnt buy again.

Just had the garlic and help chicken skewers , first off it says they take half an hour to cook and it’s more like an hour even then they were still pink in the middle I took one bite and got rid will not be buying them again I hope I don’t get the shits after that bite ....

I will never attempt to shop in M&S again. I have just had breast cancer surgery and needed to chat to an assistant in my local store. I have made several attempts to get through to the store this morning without success. Also called the shopping centre directly who put me through to the same call centre in the UK. I eventually spoke to an operator and explained that I had cancer surgery and could I speak to an assistant in Lingerie. I was left holding twice. This whole procedure took me two hours of phone calls and lots of stress and frustration. How on earth does this company expect to survive with this huge part of customer service not working. What an insult to a very loyal customers for years. Shame on you.

I have just had the chicken, roast potatoes and peas in a cheese sauce. Firstly there were too many hard peas in the meal and the cheese sauce was non-existent. The meal also had very little taste, an expensive mistake by me, which I will not be repeating. Very disappointed but happening more frequently. The prices of these ready meals however continue to cost more. Get a grip M&S!

Shopping in marks and spencers in kingswood Hull .I was greeted by a very friendly operator on tge till called Helen sherwood she was cery efficient and very helpfull would definitely make a point if going to her till in future thank you Helen

Ordered on 19th October, now 30th still waiting for delivery that they say should take 3-5 days. If it takes this long mid October how are they going to get Christmas online orders out. I won't be ordering any!

I bought your Katsu curry. It really upset my stomach. Way way too salty and didnt taste nice at all. Normally can rely on your food. Whats happend with this ready meal?

I've just received cut flowers from a… I've just received cut flowers from a friend to cheer me up and they are awful. Low grade, nasty cheap flowers, half dead. I'm so unimpressed, especially as this could have been such a lovely treat. Such a shame to see M&S send out such a bad quality product. I've shopped here for a long time but things seem to be going down hill. I'd like to put a photo here but no facilities for this.

Recently I needed to return an item that had become damaged after single use. Even though I didn’t have a receipt ( item was a gift ) staff at Manchester branch were very helpful and issued me with a credit note. Which I was very happy with. Staff lovely.

Has there been a change in trouser length that I’m not aware of? I bought a pair of M&S per una jeans , size 14 short. I am 5 ft.1 . When I tried them on at home I found them 5 inches to long. I went back to Oxford Circus branch and tried on another 3 pairs, different styles. Every single one was miles too long. I’m used to having to shorten my trousers . I decided I would shorten the pair I’d already bought. Big mistake!.. the inner leg seams is triple folded therefore pulling the stretchy fabric . Results in a £39.50 trousers ruined. No more M& S trousers for me. Rita

I was shopping in the Marks & Spencer at the FORT, Glasgow. I was looking for new bras and had been going around in circles for ages, and trying on different styles. The sales assistant Angela in Lingerie is excellent and suggested a different style and size. Perfect fit and transformation. Thank you Angela for your expert guidance and patience. I am delighted. ***** 5 stars.
