Large raw prawn in box if £4.00 cooked Atlantic Prawns. Suggested product checks/recall to store. Told "one off" & offered refund. No apology.

Visited Great Malvern store on Sunday 24 /11/19 mid morning. The shop was very busy. I was trying to buy a coat, which wasn't available instore in my size. Jess, a young, friendly and extremely efficient assistant went that extra mile by locating the item in your Worcester store. My husband was able to collect it the next day without losing the benefit of 20% off on the sparks card. Thank you!

After visiting your hempstead valley store I was quite upset with the way one of your managers was speaking to a shop floor colleague. She was asking him to do a different job. The young man said but Iv just been told to do this the manager said I’m running the shop floor so do what I say. I then went to the checkouts which was very busy and a cashier rung the bell for assistance the same manager came after about 4 rings She shouted who keeps ringing, she was clearly put out by the call. I find this totally unacceptable. I feel you need to complete some training with this manager who’s name was Jess.

Wears company ever FATHER had phone to cancel account and asked for the money returned when he ask for money back was told to give it to charity WITCH WAS OUT OF ORDER NOT EVERYONE HAS MONEY TO GIVE TO CHARITY MAKE ENOUGH MONEY AS IT IS NOT RIGHT THAT A COMPANY SOULD NEVER FORCING CUSTOMER TO GIVE TO CHARITY IT A LECAL YOU SHOULD IN FORM YOUR STAFF BE FOR YOU END UP IN COURT BEHAFE OF MR MITCHEL LUCKY HELL NEVER BE BACK AT ANY OF THESE STORES EVER NO WOUNDER YOU ARE LOSING CUSTOMERS

I visited Fosse Park Marks and Spencer’s cafe on Thursday 21st November. The cafe needs managing as the staff are over worked so normal hygiene procedures are not being followed.At one time the flow of customer was managed at the entrance , if this doesn’t happen you willing have a bad accident. Also the counter and service area needs a good clean before you get a Environmentally officer visit . The counter is badly cracked and black where germs can multiply. The Staff are very cheerful and helpfully under very difficult working conditions.

Response from girl on till when asked for breakfast at 10.30 this morning, "sorry ran out of food" how can a M&S run out in a cafe in one of their food halls. Silverlink store north east. Easier to go to maccy ds next door.

Their Chunky Cod in Batter is tasteless but also much more expensive than other retailers Wouldn't buy it again

We had the current meal deal yesterday for dinner, Ham&Cheese crumble. It contained very little of either ham or chicken, the cubed potatoes were quite hard and the taste of mustard over powered anything else, even though it was quite subtle but there was very little other flavour in the dish to balance it out. For dessert we had the Tiramisu as one choice which was totally delicious and could taste the alcohol content. Our other option of the Vanilla cheesecake again was sadly tasteless and very dull. The minted new potatoes (side dish) were ok.

Hello there m&a, my name is Gary Giacopazzi and I'm currently on the intestinal failure ward at Salford Royal hospital, now with the problems I have I didn't expect curries and rice to be on my good to eat list,I've had this problem for quite a while now (I'm 51 ) and while being on this ward where we have a patient's kitchen etc I've been enjoying your food (when funds permit, not begging or owt) from the great outlet you have here in the hospital itself ,especially the curries and pasta meals with no onions (hate them 🤣👍) I particularly do like the butter chicken with your gorgeous pilau rice as does my mum when she visits (and takes them home) but after being in here for 6 months I was discharged in June, now after being readmitted 5/6 weeks ago I came across your new 'best of range' and I would like to congratulate you on your amazing (and that's an understatement) chicken tikka masala, its blown me and my mum away, pluss friends and staff on the ward after I had to tell them. It's great you get 8/9 large pieces of charred chicken that I cut into 4 ,the sauce with the coriander is knockout, you actually put the pieces of chilli on top in the centre so I can take them out (burn my skin on my wound area) but obviously I would leave in as I do like a kick in my curry, but it's perfect, in such a way that I know that I will never buy a take away 1 again and probably not a restaurant 1 either, pluss the price ,wow £5 and £2.10 for the rice which is also in it's own way better than the take away and most restaurant 1s as you have the cumin seeds cardamom pods etc in it ,And there both good portions for 2, which is great 4 me ,I split them for over two evening meals ( foods generally horrid in here) so thanks whoever's came up with this recipe etc and please dont change it or end its production, the outlet here has ran out twice after the nurses and my mum and daughter snapping them up. I'm a sunshine type of guy my mottos are good happy 1s ,,but 1 for u is " stay good"and "curry on".🤣😂👍 take care,kp smiling. Gary.x

I always manage to find something in the sale rail for myself who is 40+. I don't find that in general at full price the clothes are worth it and you won't find me ordering at full price normally. The clothes are not stand out enough to wsttayfull price.

Recently ordered flowers from M&S (on line ) both times have been a disaster 1st order was a glass bowl with plants in, this was delivered to my friends house very late in the day (evening) box was delivered upside down so contents were in the box and not in the bowl. 2nd order was for my daughters 40th birthday plus a bottle of prossecco, these were to be ordered to her place of work (school ) delivery time slotted was 15.00hrs to 17.00hrs. Spoke with M&S who assured me that if the school was closed driver would ring to redeliver to daughters address, i was also given a number to ring if i had problems. 16.30 flowers never arrived so rang number Yodal (delivery company ) who informed they would only make one attemp to delivery if it wasnt excepted by anyone parcel would be sent back to M&S. Phone call to M&S who kept me hanging the phone for ages then i was cut off, so rang again put on hold yet again. It appeared they didnt know what to do about it so i asked for a refund. I was offered a refund back. At this point i was told that the delivery time had been altered to 17.00 to 18.00 !!! this i was never informed of by the courier so flowers were never going to get there on time anyway. What a huge let down M&S will never order from this company again just another unhappy customer to ad to your to your bad ratings

Just had the ‘luxury’ as opposed to ‘bog-standard’ Chicken Kiev (can’t remember the exact description but it was expensive) - 100% bland and very disappointing. Don’t waste your money on this 😕

This may not be the right place to leave this review but I just want to say that the person[s] who created the Plant Kitchen Nutty Super Wholefood Salad are a genius. I have been buying them since they have been available and have never got tired of them. They are absolutely delicious..texture, flavour and content outstanding. Thank you.

On the whole Ithink the Marks and Sparks fashions have declined over the years. I always purchased mine and myfamilies clothes from them, over a period of 40 years. I still do occasionally but in general find the quality and choice very poor. Today I called into the West Cornwall store near Hayle, I wanted to buy a ladies suit. The choce was very poor, and what as there was of a very poor standard. I wish I could buy some of the fashions I’ve purchased over the years.

delivery after ordering items absolutely rubbish,don't both looking up "track my order" as this has next to nothing information,not informed of who the courier is last three orders never arrived on time,don't bother with next day delivery as it's a waste of time and your money,customer services ought to be ashamed to call it a service,again a waste of time,dont ask them to phone back ,as it takes them over two and a half hours to do so,can't even contact head office to complain about customer services as you are re directed back to customer services.Questions below doesn't allow you to put more than one option,like tried to contact by email and phone,tom dick and harry delivered items different each order,can not even put no star doesn't deserve any stars.
