“New Gastropub moussaka - flavour was ok but the whole thing was just sloppy on the plate, like soup. Moussaka should have some integrity and hold together. Aubergines were nice and there were no courgettes for cheapness as in the old moussaka but the potato slices were hard and undercooked. Sorry but won't buy this again:(”

“Feeling very unhappy I brought a blouse yesterday and it still the alarm on I’m really cross because the lady should of checked this and I’m away this weekend and I wanted for the weekend I can’t go back this is very bad service on marks and Spencer’s service if marks where doing there job right the alarm should go off and it didt.. I’m a very unhappy customer...and extremely disappointed ☹️”

“M&S Gastropub 8-hour slow cooked Beef shin is absolutely gorgeous...had it with M&S mashed potato and it was spot on and I’m so fussy with shop made meals. I highly recommend it.”

“The count on us range has gone down hill since the range revamp. The chicken in the chicken arrabbiata is awful now, it is hard and the texture is not the same. Very disappointed as me and my husband bought these regularly.”

“What has happened to the Gastropub Cottage Pies , really disappointed with ours tonight , we've always enjoyed them but the ones we had today were no way near as good the Mince was different, are they coming from a different company , the package is different? Very disappointing.”

“I ordered a bra online last week and when it came i felt that it was one that someone had returned ,there was no tag and no packaging very disappointed considering i had ordered the same bra the week before and it arrived in a box and i was happy with it ,so I will be returning it not good marks and spencers.Caroline Hamilton”

“ordered a tomahawk steak, went to pick up today and it wasn't at all as pictured on website, it was a large bone with a miniscule piece of steak which is meant to serve two,, refused to accept and had a refund,, very disappointed...as had a wasted journey to store...”

“My wife bought me a Chinese meal deal which I had tonight it was the biggest load of rubbish I have ever had it ended up in the rubbish where it should have been in the first place . If you would like a photo of it in the bin I will send it to you”

“25/1/20 went to the cafe in Cheshire oaks ordered a baked potato with tuna and sweet corn when it came no offer of condiments. Nothing. I went to get some salt n pepper and mayo. Asked a lady could I have some salt n pepper and mayonnaise please. I was told over there help yourself . Started to eat my potato and it was cold. And I mean cold . Went back to the counter with my potato, explained. Lady so oh ! Waited a further 10 minutes when eventually a replacement came yes it was hot but my original salad had just been tipped on another plate with a different potato. No offer of condiments again. By this time I couldn’t be bothered going back again. Not the service I expected from m&s staff.”

“Very disappointed- bought the £12.00 meal for two deal yesterday in M&S Frome. The Gastropub lasagne was absolutely tasteless with a cloying texture : after a couple of mouthfuls went in the bin, the bottle of white wine (Terre Sicilians) was acidic with a metallic aftertaste: actually disgusting and tipped down the kitchen sink. Haven’t cooked the fries or tried the fruit pudding but not confident now about the quality. It’s simple, won’t bother buying food in M&S from now on.”

“I visited M&S Reading and had an excellent bra fitting service off a lady called Elisa - she was really professional and helpful and listened to what type of bra/colours I wanted nothing was too much trouble for her. I was so impressed I recommended her to my daughter”
