“Individual macaroni cheese - far too much stodgy macaroni and very little, rather insipid, cheese sauce - revolting! A waste of money.”

“Visited the Biggleswade in store cafe - the coffee was much improved but there was a very poor selection of cake. Resorting to the scones we discovered they were very dry and obviously not fresh. The manager said they were new that day! Well either they were old scones delivered or she was being tardy with the truth. Since the covid lock down most M & S cafes cakes have seriously deteriorated. Can you make an effort to improve? I won’t be going back any time soon.”

“Shopped at the Marble Arch location and this lovely lady Jackie, in the women’s department was patient and was of great service to me, checking up and ordering stuff that wasn’t available in store”

“I am a regular customer of Marks and Spencers in Gurgaon. I ordered online from them for the first time. They have the worst delivery services. I am still waiting for the drlivery after 11 days. They have worst customer care. I call them and it takes almost 10 min of waiting before they take the call. After that they ask for 48 hours to solve the problem. And then nobody bothers. They dont even raise the complaint ticket. Its a kind of fraud that they do aftet taking payment online. I would never recommend people to deal with them online.”

“Purchased Vegetable Chow Mein. Bland and very tasteless was not worth buying, was embarrassed to serve it. Also bought Crispy Battered Chilli Beef, cooked as instructed then poured chilli sauce over for the last few minutes. Just like eating soggy cardboard. Absolute waste of money I think these should be removed from your repertoire, I think we should expect much, much better. Awful.”

“Visited the store at Dlf Saket delhi. The experience was wonderful. Staff was very helpful, especially the lady in the lingerie section. The alteration required in mens trouser was done really quickly. All in all a great experience. Rachna”

“On holiday last weeek I shopped at M&S and was served by Mary on the tills she was very helpful when advising me how to order an item to be delivered to the store for me to collect during my holiday. I also made an apppointment for a bra fitting whilst I was in the store and was served by Leslie who gave me very good advice - I ended up buying 4 new bras .”

“I ordered some flowers for my mother for Mother’s Day. I ordered them two weeks before. They never arrived. I contacted customer service and they were useless. They provided no apology. They asked for my feedback which wasn’t very complementary and they refused to publish it. I am sick and tired of the lack of customer service, Covid should no longer be an excuse. I won’t ordered anything else Telford them. I am beyond angry”

“Poor customer service on line. No help to change the date of a flower delivery due to a change of circumstance. Just 'it's policy we can't change it' It was 5 days away so I'm sure the flowers were not packed. Will not be using the online delivery service again.”

“What on earth has happened to M&S food 😳 the food has disapproved so much, it was horrendous. It has always been the only pre made food that we bought. I haven't been food shopping in M&S Mary St in Dublin since before Covid hit. My first time in the City shopping in over two years and I decided that we would treat ourselves and buy our favourite dinners that we always bought from M&S for our Saturday night family dinner. To say we were dissaponted with the food is an understatement. The beef pie lacked flavour, my daughters had the "best ever Lasagna" and it was so bland and to top it off the triple chocolate cheesecakes filling was only slightly bigger than the biscuit base and again tasteless. I have to say I'm more than disappointed. We have always loved M&S food But not anymore, after this batch and the Price of it I won't be purchasing again.”

“I brought hot cross buns from store . One had a dirty plaster stuck to it .The m&s team are saying it’s plastic. I do have proof of this . The customer service team have been useless . And more to the point what disgusting hygiene standards they have .”

“I bought some clothing from marks and Spencer Meadowhall Sheffield and unfortunately had to return an item, I bought some more clothing and I had a £5 gift card to use, only trouble was it had disappeared from my e Mail the young man who was serving us was very patient while I scrolled through my e mails I had added it to my sparks card but he needed to see my e mail, I gave up and was disappointed, Sam the young man at Sheffield Meadowhall told me not to worry he had seen it on my sparks and he would take off the £5 by hand I walked away from marks very happy and would like to congratulate Sam on his patience and excellent customer service Well done marks and Spencer you must be doing some good training Thank you”

“I used to shop in marks and Spencer’s food hall at least once a week, but in the last few months I have become more and more disappointed with the food. A lot of ready meals now taste of nothing but garlic especially the Italian range. Today the paella was garlic with more garlic, the chicken was horrible with fat and grisly. The Thai green curry soup which was a favourite in the past had chicken bones in it. My treat was the gluten free coffee and walnut cake not anymore the sponge was so dense and the coffee taste was missing..the last steak pie we had was obviously not the same quality of beef, what there was of it in the pie was chewy and grisly. Obviously cheaper ingredients in all products for a higher price. I will not be shopping in the food hall again and I never thought I would say that, goodbye M&S”

“Plant based lasagne was so salty I couldn't eat it and had to bin it. For what is supposed to be a healthier vegan meal why add 67% of someone's daily intake of salt. Really inedible.”
