“Ordered a hamper for Christmas to be delivered in the UK and two items were crushed- crackers and the biscuits. Hard to follow up when ordering from New Zealand.”

“Went to M@S in NEWPORT Retail Park Gwent to-day called in the restaurant first at 3.30pm to find it in appalling mess, most of the tables where full of used crockery not an appealing sight, as we had just walked out of Costa for the same reason we decided to stay, after i cleared a table went to get cappuccino's and two toasties only to find no trays available, customers walking around with hot drinks and teapots with out trays, i wonder who would be to blame if there was an accident ??? The staff where run off their feet, and it was far to hot in there, i think they need to employ more staff, on going to the lower floor spoke to a manager who was filling fresh food,i thought managers should manage not fill only goes to show short of staff and he was the only one in the store, cant believe the rest had the day off in the run up to mothers day, No wonder they are going down the pan on sales”

“I recently visited Marks & Spencer’s and the customer service was second to none , the staff at Prince Alice Park in Sutton are amazing always helpful , kind , cannot do enough for you , I was looking for something and they couldn’t help enough showed me where it was offered to order it in especially for me and could be collected via that store I was so happy I even booked my wedding cake from them .”

“Had coffee and cake in cafe on ground floor in Milton Keynes yesterday.Both very good and Kerry and Kia were very kind and looked after a man who didnt feel well. Very impresed.”

“Excellent service on the shop floor. All staff were cheerful and very helpful by changing clothes for different sizes, while in the changing room and offering to order clothes that were not the right size and not in stock. Super staff in the Lingerie department thank you Hayley for giving me a bra fitting at short notice when you had a spare slot, finding the right style of bra for me, being professional and keeping my dignity. Barbara”

“The problem was during the 'title' part of the delivery address. I needed 'Canon & Mrs ...' but their site prevented this. I would have settled for 'no title' at all but this also wasn't possible. I was so cross that I cancelled the order. I won't use their flower department again.. and I have reported the problem to them.”
