Used the Kings Lynn store cafe at lunchtime today. We had SUPERB service from JEANETTE who served us. Although it was very busy she was efficient, helpful & very friendly. A BIG THANKYOU!

At last a shirt that fits, albeit from the very limited 2” longer range but nice quality, great fitting and exceptional value shirt, I have just purchased 8 more. I have been complaining for years that m&s shirts are too short in the body and I am forever tucking them back into my trousers, perhaps they are listening at last, just a shame the range is so limited.

Attended M and S wine tasting event at Sprucefield Lisburn on the 7/03/19. It was excellent,informative and enjoyable. Learnt a lot about wines,loved the pink champagne,visited the wine shop afterwards and probably spent too much! Looking forward to the next event.

I purchased a one person meal - king prawn alfredo. described as linguine in a rich creamy chese sauce. once cooked it was swimming in a watery Chinese looking 'soup'. I sent an email this lunchtime to register my opinion and was contacted within 2 hours with an e gift card and personalised apology. Very prompt and efficient service.

I have spent on average £170 a week on food between Worcester & Longbridge Marks & Spencer’s Was really happy with their food until today I bought their pancake - already mixed batter for a party of ten ..... It was ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING - no one eat it ... had to get in my car, drive to the frigging shops in heavy traffic to buy the ingredients to make myself but by then 9 people were starving and so very fed up Thanks for reckons our evening Because the evening was disturbing & upsetting will not go back to M&S again

In terms of clothing, this place used to be very good but recently they have dropped the quality on some items and started to go after the youth market. Let me tell you something: the youth market has no money and they will never buy clothes from you. Stick to the 35+ market and put the quality back to where it was and you will go back to the 'go to' place for Middle England, which is what you should be, and there is a lot of money in that market.

I had went out for my cat, and come to my surprise! I WAS MORTIFIED TO FIND THERE WAS NO CAT FOOD!!! Absolute disgrace the CEO should be shot and killed. Thanks, Mildrid xxx

Called into M & S at Abbey Centre, Newtownabbey looking to buy some items of bedding along with a few other things. Arms full, I made my way to the customer service area where after a few minutes standing in line was invited over to pay for the items by a very glamorous lady with a welcoming smile whose name was Glynis. Sensing I was a typical hapless male who didn't really have much of a clue about what he was doing, she took time to check all my bits (bedding) just to make sure I'd got it right, even managing to inadvertently delight with an totally unexpected bonus. As someone who normally detests shopping unless I'm holding a mouse, those few moments spent with Glynis made me realise what I'm missing and actually what a soulless experience buying online really is. In my humble opinion more people like Glynis could be retail's answer in the war against online shopping.

Had the worst 2 packs of (pork) BBQ ribs ever yesterday. They were part of a £10 Takeaway meal but were nothing but large bones in a a very sweet sauce! They were virtually devoid of any meat (but had some grizzle) and what little there was had a nasty flavour that is known as ‘boar taint’. Never again! I usually buy delicious rib racks from a certain German supermarket at half the price and will continue to do so.

My wife was served by a lovely Lady on the upstairs checkout at M & S Wigan called "Lorraine" who couldn't do enough to help her after a recent shoulder dislocation. Brilliant service and we will be back. John & Olwyn

I used the taunton branch today for the first time, I have always used Weston super mare and had really good service. But Taunton was a shock I found an assistant in a denim shirt asking where I could find certain clothes she showed me 2 black dresses in her department when I asked her about t shirts she pointed they were down the front and left me to go looking for them, which I couldn’t find. Took what I did have to the changing room, only 6 items was hard to choose but the assistant assured me just shout and they would be swooped over, I shouted nothing I had to get drsssed come to the front asked hubby where assistant was he didn’t know gave up so went up to customer services and ordered on line, then we paid for hubbys clothes and met a really lovely lady who actually wanted to make conversation with us, I commented and said someone actually friendly here and told her of our experience, she thought all staff treated customers the same definitely not, on stock wish they stocked more of the basic range especially the t shirts v necks part of most people staple wardrobe

Waited approximately 5 mins to be served ,one customer completed purchase server and her chatting, asked if they were going to be much longer ? They continued to chat about Santander?????,eventually served. An empty store ,perhaps soon to be a customer less.

John from Marks and Spencers (Abbey Centre) store Newtownabbey who was working on the tills on Sunday he's such a great help and always smiling and very helpful was able to set up my sparks card as I was having difficulty with and always packs my shopping very neatly and nothing is too much trouble for him - very customer friendly. If you are ever in make sure you go through his till as he will lighten up your day! (:
