I received a bouquet of roses bought at our local store for Mothering Sunday. Followed all the right procedures advised for roses. However, the outer petals went brown very soon and the whole bunch wilted and was completely dead by Tuesday. Very disappointed.

I can't believe how much M&S has changed in the past year. Lower prices on staples like bread, milk, meat and salad. Superb value with their fabulous Dine In options (we have one every week). And far from the rather staid and traditional M&S we have known for years, we are seeing quirky Love Sausages on Valentines Day, naughty bunny rabbits at Easter and fun advertising that has my family laughing, but drooling for M&S grub. Makes me proud to shop British!!

I went to your store in Chelsea kings toad today 31/03/2019 to return a 2 months coat which is turned fluffy and old in such a short period. But the cashier Susan and her supervisor Sarah were very unhelpful, rude and didn't show empathy. They didn't even try to help or suggest an exchange nor a voucher. I am so disappointed, they spoiled my mother's day and after decenies of shopping at M&S ,will never return and I am so upset I am telling everyone. The staff are not trained on customer service and retention. Shame

Dear fellow Marks & Spencer shoppers, if you are about to order flowers for an address which is not your account address, i.e flowers for friend and family, BE VERY CAREFUL. Diary: Ordered 80th Birthday flowers for a dear friend who lives in Hereford. ( I live in Cardiff ) Had the email acknowledgment the next day showing the delivery address as MINE not my friend's in HEREFORD. Rang M & S in South Africa to change the address, TASREEP apologised and changed the incorrect details....this took forever because he couldn't pronounce the address etc etc....We've all been there. Anyway, felt confident that he had resolved the problem in time. Today , 1 day before the birthday, had an email to say flowers were on their way to Cardiff !!!!! Rang Marks at 7pm, 30 mins wait !!!!! Finally got through and spoke to a manager who confirmed my fears....She could see by my notes that my conversation had taken place with S.African colleague and the correct address had been noted but not applied... To say I am furious is an understatement .Refund offered and nothing else. So, name and shame..We all know that M & S is on a downward slope, clothing cheap and shoddy. So, you will certainly NOT have my custom again....Just as an aside, Tasreep in S.Africa told me they were having software issues with the delivery/home address issue....So beware..I have been badly let down...

I was so pleased with the help and advice, I received from Rebecca, who works on the make-up department in your Liverpool store. As well as being extremely helpful, she was friendly and pleasant.

We had lunch at M&S Deepdale Preston and we both had Croque Monsieur not very good the bread was VERY Chewy and semi warm £4.00 each I think sorry not worth it you need to up your game.

Southern fried chicken . You need to review this meal and also update the quality of the chicken you use , even to the point of charging extra to improve quality , very poor ! I would happily pay more !

What has happened to the vege moussaka!! My husband and I used to really enjoy it but the last 2 times we've had it we've been been really disappointed. There was much less base and much more of the thick gooey white sauce is this because this makes cheaper or have you changed makers. I definitely won't be buying it again!

Unable to buy ecard gift token online as payment process not working and each time I tried to buy I had to complete all details again - wasted 30 mins - tried live chat and got cut off twice from this so tried phoning to buy but after 7 mins going through the form again the phone went silent (still connected). So how on earth can I get an ecard from m and s?? Ended up phoning again and woman just said sorry but was unable to give any help. Incredible, they just seem incompetant and uninterested in selling!

Tried to buy an e gift card online, spent 45 mins having to repeat the form process as kept getting a 'problem try again' notice on clicking to pay. Live chat also not working - tried this twice and got cut off twice before could get any answers. Phoned customer services and spent 7 minutes trying to buy over the phone then got silence (phone still working). How on earth does this company function? Ridiculous as no-one knows what's wrong or able to help!!

With all the publicity over nut allergy, and my own mother having a nut allergy i was unable to buy my mum a cake as ALL marks & spencers cakes carry a nut allergy warning!!! Very disappointed in marks & spencers

Just started using M&S's precooked food such as Beef & red wine casserole or Thai and Malaysian currys - vegetarian or chicken and have to confirm that it is great. I'm very fussy eater and I'm normally against preheated food but one night I was on my way from the gym and couldn't be bothered to cook some healthy staff so I piped in M&S, got a lot of healthy food and loved it so much I keep going back, calories contain is also very low!

Used the Kings Lynn store cafe at lunchtime today. We had SUPERB service from JEANETTE who served us. Although it was very busy she was efficient, helpful & very friendly. A BIG THANKYOU!
