“Good product but extremely poor normal lead time delivery service. Expected better and quicker delivery for my almost £8.00. If your not in a hurry, it's fine.”

“We are renovating an old cottage in the Lake District and had bought a beautiful cast iron bath for the main bathroom. My wife knew exactly the style of taps to compliment this and when I showed her a picture from Matalan Direct she said "thats what I would like". I was uncertain as the price just seemed too good to be true but the quality and finish of the taps are wonderful. I would certainly recommend this company to anyone looking for high quality at a reasonable price and so would my plumber.”

“Matalan Direct have consistently been brilliant - we are doing quite a major refurbishment and builders on site can order day to day as and when required which is a huge plus - the delivery has been fast, the products well packaged and the delivery company exceptional ( we have had others that have lost / left products on a building site never to be seen and some with packaging so awful products have been returned) Thoroughly recommend”

“The lady that took my order over the telephone was very helpful, Although there was a slight 'hiccup' with the delivery, when the goods arrived they were extremely well packed and protected against damage. Fortunately my husband was here and able to assist the driver in unloading. Had I been at home alone I don't know how we would have managed. Although the items have not yet been installed, everything appears to be of excellent quality. The toilet unit and vanity unit were purchased as a package together with the toilet, basin, etc. and therefore feel the brackets required to secure the toilet to the floor should be included. We realised they were missing and have since ordered and received same. I would definitely use Matalan direct again.”

“After ordering 3 toilets, 3 sinks , taps ,wastes and a disabled toilet all was delivered in 4 days, great, however disabled toilet was not complete and so I was sent another. This one was not complete either and I was promised another . This did not turn up on the day. On speaking to staff at Matalan I was told it would come maybe tomorrow or the next day. I am a trade customer and this is not acceptable as I have to organise to have somebody on site to take deliveries and collections , not to mention organising a plumber to fit it when it does arrive. Not our fault ! I was told. Sorry, but it is!”
