“I arranged to have a call from the drivers about 30 minutes before they were due at my house, which they did. The delivery men were both very nice, polite and considerate when they brought the very large box into my house.
The cupboard itself looked just like the photo's and is now happily in situ in my new bathroom.”
“still not received my item. Had a phone call this morning to say that you could deliver tomorrow but there is nobody in. No alternative date given. Said that they would phone next week. This is not good enough. Why was I not given the chance to book a delivery next week and arrange for somebody to be here to collect it?”
