“The bath we ordered arrived with two men who had problems finding our home. Strange as every one else finds it easy. They were in a rush. So we were cleft to unpack the bath etc. The photo on line shows taps End of bath but there are no holes drilled in bath we have. Missing screws. Lucky we can use ones from old bath. Maybe the assembly crew had a bad day. The taps we ordered are fine. No instructions on how panels are installed husband has worked out glue is needed. We did look in another well known store to see how it was assembled. So hopefully we will be sorted in a few days time.”

Hi Pauline, Thank you for your feedback. I’m so sorry to hear that you've had this experience. As you have acknowledged, this isn’t the normal level of delivery service that we provide to our customers, however I cannot apologise enough for this. The Select Cove Shower Bath Pack is not pre-drilled, as we do not know what type of taps the customer is fitting to the bath. Unfortunately, the screws for this item are not available as a spare part but we can certainly arrange to replace the unit for you at no extra cost. “The goods were the cheapest I could find. The shower looks fab but there is a small split in one of the seals so shall be ringing for a replacement. Delivery was a bit hit and miss though, no contact from the currier so had to keep ringing, they said the left voice mails for me, but there wasn't anything on my phone! Did not receive confirmation email or ring me the night before or an hour before delivery as promised. My slot was 10 till 1 pm. Delivery arrived at 1.20 so was anxious. However I would use site again as it did arrive in the end”

“Product nicer than it looks on the website so very happy. Delivery a bit chaotic couldn't track it,so e mailed for a date, came a day early!? But delivery guys great even offered to take the packaging away!”

“Thank you for a prompt and excellent service The products are just what we wanted, unfortunately the Towel Rail was not fitted as it would have proved to be a little intrusive . I would like to return is to you for a refund. I did send a e-mail requesting this but I feel it did not send. Kindest Regards William Selby”
