“Thank you for a prompt and excellent service The products are just what we wanted, unfortunately the Towel Rail was not fitted as it would have proved to be a little intrusive . I would like to return is to you for a refund. I did send a e-mail requesting this but I feel it did not send.
Kindest Regards
William Selby”

“Well priced , good quality products . Fast, efficient despatch and delivery . Excellent customer service dept. Instructions need to be written ( step by step ) to accompany existing photo / diagrams”
“Excellent WC system, which we shall take to France to replace our very old (200 year) system in our cottage. It is much cheaper than one would have cost there, but appears to be of excellent quality. Delivery was as promised and very well packaged. Many thanks from Maurice Richards.”
“Delivered promptly and well packaged. High gloss finish on bathroom units looks good and will be easy to keep clean. Mostly pre-assembled - which is a bonus these days. Only have to reverse the handles (which are cleverly mounted inside to protect them during transit), and have to add the included extension pieces for the overhanging sink (all pre-drilled so very easy). Overall the units seem quite solid and are good value.”
