“I WOULD CERTAINLY USE MATALAN DIRECT AGAIN. I HAD A SLIGHT PROBLEM WITH MY ORDER BUT IT WAS SORTED OUT EFFICIENTLY AND COURTEOUSLY, EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE.”

“A toilet cistern. It was cheap. It looked cheap and plasticky. But it doesn't leak. And it flushes. Either big flush or little flush. Its concealed behind the toilet. So it doesn't need to make a fashion statement. So all good.”

“I did not order from bathrooms but bedroom wardrobes and cabinet. The service was good, delivery as promised, the people who delivered the goods were helpful. All in all a good service and I did recommend Matalan Direct to friends.”

“product is fine ,after the first two were of poor finish quality. delivery is awful , courier company used is very slow to deliver. financial reasons I presume ,but very poor service”

We're currently looking into adding further checks of our products in addition to those already in place. We aim to deliver all our products within 2-4 working days after the receipt of the despatch confirmation email. We offer a two-man delivery service on our larger orders. In these cases, the logistics team contact you to arrange a suitable delivery date and time window that is convenient for you. Also included in this service, the delivery team contact you an hour before delivery so that you can expect their arrival, they unpack the item(s) in a room of your choice and they take the packaging away for you. “Product was advertised well at a good price and queries were dealt with promptly by Email. Delivery was made within a week and this was a fairly bulky and weighty object. Delivery men were very helpful. I would recommend this company for to anyone for their service. The hardest part was finding a reliable plumber to fit it among the local tradesmen but success prevailed in the end.”

“Its a shame because I am very pleased with the goods but the delivery was rubbish. They only deliver to my area once a week. They rang me Thursday for a delivery the following Monday, which was too short notice for me so I had to wait a further week.......not good at all.”

“I bought an Electric-Only Heated Towel Rail - 700 x 500 (online from their web page) from Matalan Direct. I was told when to expect the item which was delivered on time. Pleased with the price, the packing, the look and operation of the item. Easy to DIY fit just requiring four holes and plugs in the wall. The plastic mounts look ok. Just wonder how they respond to heat over time.”

“Brilliant for the money, it was delivered when they said it would be, easy to put together and install (usual niggling leaks that require some fiddling to stop, but I have found this with most toilets). Overall no complaints.”

“Although the picture on the website was shocking and not at all anything like the product i was buying, luckily i had seen this product in a shop previously. I would never have bought it based on the photos on-line on Matalan direct. What i can say though is that after a google search, it lead me to this website, where i found this product, not only available to buy, but it was also half price! I wasn't aware of Matalan direct selling these sort of things before! So after checking the product numbers to make sure it is what i wanted, i ordered it, with no issues, waited for it to arrive and although given a time slot of 9-12, it turned up at 12.15.....besides this it arrived as promised and packaged well and looks amazing up on the wall. I would definitely buy from Matalan direct again, but i think their product descriptions / photos could do with improving, although others seemed to be better than what i was buying, but thanks to google i got myself what i wanted and at half price! So far all the people that have seen my all singing all dancing bathroom mirror are in awe and want one for themselves! Many thanks!”
