“Please stay away from Matalan Online. Ordered some items 8 days ago for click and collect still not here. When I spoke to the customer service they can see the order has been despatched but not delivered but no one knows where it is.
When I got this escalated to a manager in the call the centre they have refused to do a £27 refund because she is not authorised to do refunds. When I asked to speak to someone higher or a department to do refunds the manager said: “No, I am the highest manager available”
So no items and money has gone out the bank! Cheers matalan!”

atalan Wellingborough but as I am disabled I find standing in the queue to pay for them, often over 10 minutes, unexeceptable. Primark have a disabled till in every shop why can't you help us. After going in today I now find I am in terrible pain and won't be going in again in a hurry which is unfortunate as I love your items.”
“I was looking for gym wear for an older person and the assistant was most helpful and understanding that I did not want to look like mutton dressed as lamb. On another occasion I rang the store and the assistant rang me back to save my hanging on while she went to the warehouse to try to find the article I was enquiring about. Great service!”
