“This is the first time I have shopped with Matalan direct and I have to say my experience has been excellent. Easy to use website and extra fast delivery is a winner every time for me and Matalan direct fulfilled both. Will be definitely recommending them to anyone who asks if I know a good bathroom site.”

“Prompt and helpful, and they answer their phone :). Not fitted the taps yet, but they arrived fast! Unlike another online store (cheaptapstore) which is definitely to be avoided. Matalan Direct saved the day.”

“Your products are great quality for a great price, all was delivered on time and we then discovered that although it was very well packaged the top of the toilet cistern was damaged we made a quick call sent a picture to you and it was replaced within 2days thank you brilliant service we will use you again.”

“I finally ordered a small vanity unit for our bedroom and I am so pleased I decided on Matalan Direct. I believe the same item was on other sites at a higher price. The services was so quick and efficient with great information on tracking the delivery. The packaging was also really effective without over doing it with realms of cardboard to dispose of. It is not yet fitted as the plummer comes on Friday but it is solid and attractive, so for the money is really excellent. Look no further if you are buying on line!”
