“Great company, good quality products at reasonable prices and fast delivery - if they say they have it in stock, then they do! There was an issue with my delivery, with the item being delivered damaged, I contacted their customer service team and was very impressed with the swift and efficient manner in which they dealt with the matter. I would highly recommend this company and will shop here again myself. Well done - Service is alive and fighting fit!”

We do check our prices daily against the Top 5 online bathroom retailers so that we can offer a competitive price to our customers. Should you find any of our products cheaper on another website, we do offer a price match policy. We have not been made aware that any parts were missing from your sink, and we would of endeavoured to obtain the missing parts for you as soon as this was raised with our customer service team. “The bathroom products that i bought ie 1200mm unit with 12oomm ceramic basin. A 500mm unit with a concealed cistern and wc pan.Promt delivery and very good quality products. We were well satisfied...M martin”

“Hi i was very pleased with the goods i bought from you, the quality was excellent the service was quick, just to let you know amazon were a couple of pounds cheaper, but that was ok, the only other thing i would like to mention is that you did not clarify online whether the parts underneath the taps i bought were included, so i rang you to ask, and i was told they were not, so i ordered them from amazon, when your taps arrived, to my delight, all the bottom parts were with the taps, so i have now got 2 lots of waiste pipes and other things, but i will deffo use you again becouse i was happy with the goods and the service, cheers Salvatore Mangione.”

If you do find the product cheaper elsewhere please inform our customer service team and we would be able to look into matching the price. Some of the taps that we sell do not have the waste included; we aim to have this information available online so that customers are aware of what extras may be needed. “Excellent communication. We did have a missing item in the parcel but a quick phone call to Jake Jackson and it was resolved immediately and efficiently. Excellent service and delivery.
