“I placed an order for a 900 pivot shower door and received it a day earlier than stated originally, so great service and the product is quality for less than normal local suppliers. One of the handles was broken, which could not have been seen as it was inside the box and packaged up, however I e mailed Matalan immediately and they are sending a new one out. “Product good, pricing good, delivery poor, delivery driver never rang the day before as prommised so it arrived out of the blue. My customer happend to be in, i was planning to be there so we (the driver and me) could carry it inside. it was left in her driveway, she was panicing so i had to come off another job to struggle with a 52kg parcel by my self!!! Neither of us were impressed, made me look bad.”
