“My preorder was delayed by their distributor. I did not have any update from them without me having to send an email asking why it hadn’t shipped yet. A simple email letting me know it was delayed would have been sufficient. I love ordering from them and have done so for several years. This won’t affect my relationship in the future.”

“Before the pandemic, I had been a regular board gamer, going to local meet ups and hosting parties. The pandemic hit me hard and killed the hobby for me for a variety of reasons. I'm finally now on the recovery, and I was very happy to order from Miniature Market again after all these years! Same great selection, prices, and service as before!”

“Never got a notification my order was ready to pick up at their location, when I picked up my order, it was boxed up, got home and I was missing 1 of 2 packs ordered. Have contacted customer service twice and never got a reply. I have spent a lot of money with them but I think that will be my last order with them.”
