“I released TWO held orders that met the $75 threshold. I got one game. No sign of the other. The order page shows the tracking number is not available. I have sent MM three requests for some explanation but have not received a single peep of acknowledgement. It's been four days and nothing. Since they no longer have the on-line chat feature I have had to rely on an email answer. VERY poor service.”

“Miniature Market is my preferred go to get my board games. The games come always backaged extremely well with a very reasonable shipping cost (if any). Purchases tend to arrive earlier than expected, which is alway appreciated. The deals are worth looking at, and are a good way to fill up with extras to your existing games.”

“Overall Miniature Market is a good and reliable online game store. I love that they have customer holds and have lowered their free shipping threshold to $75. Shipping is usually quick after releasing holds. They have a wide selection of games and even take requests for games. My only hang up with them, is sometimes when I release multiple held orders, I will get each game in their own shipping box resulting in 4-6 boxes being delivered to my home.”
