“Mobilehelp is a great company they are fast understanding and they will work with you the best way that they possibly can I get them for stars because then again let's make that 5 stars because she told me in the near future if my circumstances change I can always give them a call back their customer service is excellent and they will help you to get the best deal that they possibly can get for you so yes I will recommend mobile help to any and everyone who has a lot of health issues thank you so much mobile health”

“With Mobil help not only the one who requires the protection but the whole family feels more relaxed and confident that there loved one is safe and will get the help required when needed no mater where he/she is. Also the family members will be notified of what is going on no matter where they live. I will never be with out it for my wife and I. This has kept us from putting her in a nursing home, how great is that.”

“We are very pleased with Mobile Help. We feel that we made the right choice in making sure our mother is protected since she lives alone. “Mobile Help listened to what I needed and suggested the right medical alert for me. It is easy to set up and and I take it with me wherever I go. I use the wristband and feel very safe should I need help. Ardis Jacobson”

“Very helpful customer service they went beyond explaining what I needed to know when my 91 year old mother came home from the hospital. When I ordered the wrong pendant they sent another out another one promptly. When it arrived CS service called to walk my mother through the setup. If I could rate them higher than a 5 I would.”

“Samantha was extremely helpful and understanding that she was working with an 88 year old individual. She could not have been more patient and helpful. I was so lucky to get someone who really wanted you to know the equipment would work and why one should have it. So far I am very pleased. The only thing I need to do yet is to test the GPS away from the apartment. I hope all of your employees are as professional as she is. Is that is the case, your case the business will boom like never before.”
