people caught people contacted in the daily operation of the system have always been pleasant and more importantly very understanding good job

It is a bit difficult to use as far as testing is concerned. Consequently I ended up with an ambulance in my driveway at 1:00 a.m. So I haven't used it since. A big part of the problem is that my base unit is in a room which is to far away from my bedroom so I can't hear when they talk. I called tech support and they explained some things which helped, but I still worry that I won't do it right when I need it. I guess I'll have to wait and see. Hopefully I won't need it at all.

We are 83 year old retirees who just recently joined with MobileHelp. The security we now feel is great. It took a short time to adjust to wearing the wrist bands 24/7 but now they seem a part of our attire. We still are working to remember to take the remote mobile devices every time we leave home, but we are getting better at doing so. We have many health problems and the ability to summon help immediately is a real comfort. We have had a couple of instances when the HELP button was inadvertently activated and the response was swift and courteous, not critical of our mistake, but understanding. In each case the agent was thorough in determining that we did not need assistance. The monthly fee is more than reasonable for providing such assurance that we will be able to summon help whenever we need it. In researching the various available programs, we found MobileHelp to be the highest rated. We are most satisfied with our decision to select them.

Purchased this product for my Dad. It makes our family feel more at ease, when my Dad is left alone, knowing he has a monitoring system in time of need. Hopefully we will not need it, but having it makes all the difference.

The service has been absolutely wonderful. They were able to answer all my questions. The biggest selling point with this product is the fact you NEVER have to take off the lifeline to charge it or take a shower.

As an active widow with MS, my family and friends are concerned for my welfare as I fall often. With MobileHelp they are now at ease knowing if something were to happen I can get assistance. I also bought the system for my recently widowed father who still works his farm. It make my brother and I comforted knowing if he falls he can get help. He is 85 and able to understand the system.

So far so good. I feel safer. I will just have to see how it works. I have an idea cause my button got mashed by mistake. I got the call, they were very nice but thankfully i did not need them.

The person who responded to my request by phone was very helpful and set me up with the equipment. This arrived in a timely fashion, was easy to set up and test, working well. I'm very pleased so far with this company.

Mobile Help saved my Mom's life. She lives alone & only 2 weeks before we had gotten Mobile Help. At 3 am, Mom had pain & difficulty breathing, so she pushed her call button (necklace). She was unresponsive when EMT's got to her. Dr said a few more minutes & she would not have survived. Mobile Help works. We are very, very grateful for Mobile Help.

Getting the MobileHelp devices for my mother has relieved me of so much stress when my mother is home alone. The employees at MobileHelp were the best in helping me when I explained my mother's situation.

I have not had MobileHelp for very long but one day I apparently, by accident, pushed the button on the neck alert and immediately received a response which reassured me for when it might be needed.
