“Bought this system for my dad for Christmas. Called Mobil Help several times with questions and they were very quick to answer my questions. Set up was very easy and customer service was very helpful. Very pleased.”

“This has been a great experience so far. I hope I never need to use mine. I live alone and on the outskirts of our little town. During the day, what neighbors I do have are all working. Plus, my street is a dead end, so there's not much traffic on it. Last winter we had a pretty deep snow storm and I fell down next to my car. The snow was so deep, I couldn't get up, just floundered. I had my cell phone and called my Son in Law here in town. He came over and after a few tries, got me back in the house. If he wouldn't have ben home, I'd still be laying there.I definitely feel more comfortable and safer having my MOBILE HELP))).Don't hesitate until it's too late. “We have had the MobileHelp device for a very short time. Since we got it, my father has needed it 3 times. Each time the service was great! Family was contacted and EMS when requested or necessary. It is great comfort knowing that my father is able to get help when needed.”

“We bought the MobileHelp necklace for a friend. She hasn't even had it a month and this morning she fell outside. Within 15 to 20 minutes at the most, she had help. We were her emergency contact considering her family lives out of town. We were contacted in a very timely manner and were able to help the rest of the way. Thankfully she was okay from the fall. We would definitely recommend MobileHelp to anyone who has need for a medical alert button.”

“So far we've been quite pleased. We were able to easily set system up, test it, and my father is using it daily. He is surprised that it is not bothering him to wear the fall detection device - that was our largest fear!! So far so good!”

“Mobile Help was very professional from my first call and thereafter. The unit was easily set up and thankfully have not needed to use it. But, after setting it up we accidentally triggered it and they immediately called to verify the situation.”
